Full moon meditation with Archangel Michael on March 28

Hello my lovely,

I hope you and your loved ones are doing ok in these turbulent times.

The next full moon on March 28 is known as the spring moon here in the Netherlands and its theme is protection. In particular the protection of the seeds/intentions you have planted in the past full moon. I would say we can take this a step further and protection of our Light is a beautiful focus in these challenging times. What archangel can help us better with this than beloved Archangel Michael?

Let us focus this mediation on protecting the Light within us all. Let this protection be about our physical safety as well as the vibration of Love. For where there is Love and Light, there is no room for conflict.

When?
I will be meditating at 8 pm standard European time on the 8th of April and so will many other light workers. You can join in at the same time with the intention of joining our intention together. If you cannot make it at this time, do so whenever you can and still connect to the field of consciousness and light created by all light workers during this full moon meditation.

The meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. You can add the Crystal Angel Essence Archangel Michael to create a high vibration and call in protection at the same time.
• Fill yourself and your aura with the Light from your earth star chakra. This is your endless reservoir of Light. By filling your aura with it, you are protected form the inside out. It helps you stay entered in your own Light.
• Place your feet firmly on the ground beneath you to ground yourself. Connect to your earth star chakra as you ground into the crystalline grid around the Earth and the very core of the Earth. As you draw in the energy of Mother Earth, at the same time open up to the silver energy of the moon.
• Connect to all the other Light workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet. You may imagine drawing in Cosmic Golden Light through your Crown chakra into your heart and sending it from your heart to me and all other light workers participating. When we all do this we form a powerful network of Light that helps heal the earth. When you are done, imagine us all simultaneously sending the energy to areas of turmoil to bring Light, Love, Freedom and Healing.
• Now as you feel connected to all the other light workers and to the energy of the full moon, let its power flow to you and through you to help you let go of all that no longer serves you. Let go of fear and other negative emotions. You can ask archangel Zadkiel to transmute them as well as lower energies that are causing conflict on earth. Let go of all that does not resonate with Love and Light.
• Now, imagine traveling to the astral temple of archangel Michael. See yourself walking up a huge spiral staircase of luminescent light and move higher and higher till you reach a gate made of lapis lazuli. enter the gate. Before you in the light worlds is a beautiful temple that radiates Michael’s purest blue energy. Walk towards it and enter the temple. You may sit on a crystal throne, which will help you to activate your truest vibration of Light and Love.
• Archangel Michael arrives and you give him permission to cut away anything that is keeping you connected to fear and other fearful emotions, anything that does not serve your highest path.
• He then brings down a column of Light to flow through your energy field. All that resonates with fear dissolves in the light. From this state of light, you can send loving energy and light through your heart to places on earth that need it.
• Love and light are endless and they simply dissolve the darkness. Michael asks you to shine your light every day in all you do, think and say.
• You happily agree. You then thank him and return to your consciousness to where you started this meditation.
• Make sure to ground and then let go of the meditation.

Snowmoon meditation on February 27, 2021

I always feel the snow moon is magical as it is all about the new seeds yet to germinate. Feel free to join in with the meditation on February 27th

Since the heaviest snow usually falls during this month, native tribes of the north and east most often called the full Moon around this time of year the Full Snow Moon. Some tribes also referred to this Moon as the Full Hunger Moon, since harsh weather conditions in their areas made hunting very difficult.

The Snow Moon falls between Imbolc and Ostara. Between sowing (Imbolc) and germination (Ostara) is the moment where we wait to see if something will be viable. Not every seed that reaches the earth, will germinate. Likewise not all ideas that come to mind are achievable. Sometimes it is necessary to handy to let go of something before something new can avail.

And as such this moon is a great time to look at our plans and ideas and make choices about what we want to do, want to postpone and want to leave behind. This moon shows us the harshness of nature and the importance of using our energy wisely. Therefore it is better not to spend energy on plans that are not feasible. Give your energy to those things you know are achievable and in line with your Soul’s Purpose (as meditated upon on the previous Full Moon). Make a list for yourself of all things that are currently superfluous. This can give a great sense of relief.

Let us ask archangel Uriel to shine his light on what seeds to plant this year!

Archangel Uriel
Archangel Urielis one of the seven Archangels that stand at the throne of the Creator and one of the four major Archangels that serve humanity.

Uriel rules the mental plane such as our thoughts and ideas, creativity, insights, judgment, universal consciousness and divine order. Uriel can help us link to the spiritual realms and he can show us how to find our inner power. When we shift in consciousness we help the entire human kingdom’s shift into higher realms of consciousness. Uriel helps with this very important process, especially in these times of Cosmic Change.

Uriel is also known as the Archangel of Salvation and he helps us when we want to heal every aspect of lives. He helps us let go of disappointments and turn them into victories. He shows us the hidden blessings in times of adversity. And he helps us release the painful burdens and memories of the past through the application of unconditional forgiveness. With his flaming sword he purifies mental and emotional understanding. He transmutes lower vibrational energies into enlightened spiritual understanding.

Preparation for the meditation
We, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. You may want to prepare for the meditation by writing down your list with superfluous things.

The Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by connecting to your earth star chakra (20-30 cm beneath your feet).
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also the aura sprays I have developed with my collegue Sabine called Crystal Angel Essences. Especially the Archangel Michael Essence creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
  You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
• Connect to all the other Light workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet. You may imagine drawing in Cosmic Golden Light through your Crown chakra into your heart and sending it from your heart to me and all other light workers participating. When we all do this we form a powerful network of Light that helps heal the earth. When you are done, imagine us all simultaneously sending the energy to areas of conflict and the refugees to bring Light, Love, Freedom and Healing. You may want to then send it to other areas and people you feel need it at this time.
• Now imagine travelling through a moonlit snow landscape. The snow sparkles and glistens in the soft glow of the moon. The air is crisp and fresh and you inhale it deeply. You feel the soft snow underneath your feet and heal its soft cracking sound. You carry a beautiful pouch with you, inlaid with moonstones. You know this pouch holds all your ideas and plans for the coming year.
• You soon reach a crystal cave that lights up from within. At the entrance you see a radiant Angel that radiates a pure, ruby red and golden energy. You intuitively know this is the Archangel Uriel. Uriel awaits you and motions you to come in. He tells you the entrance to this cave is a portal to the fifth or higher Dimensions and will bring you to that Dimension that currently suits your Soul best. You feel a shift in energy as you enter a hall that shimmers with light.
• Archangel Uriel guides you to a crystal table. He motions you to empty your pouch on the table. These seeds are all your ideas and plans. As they touch the table some shrivel and others light up like pretty gemstones. Look at them carefully and let the seeds tell you their tale. Realize which ones are viable and not. Look at them one by one. Which seed, which idea looks most radiant? This is the seed that you can start to plant in your life now.
• Uriel blesses it and the other gemstones. You are asked to then pick up the gemstones and put them in your magical pouch, but to leave behind the shriveled seeds.
• Uriel gathers these and throws them in a golden fire so that the possible energy of the energy can be reused. He invites you to give any outmoded beliefs and worries to the flames as well.
• You may ask Uriel to help you with your new ideas and projects. He may give you insights to take with you.
• You thank the Archangel. He tells you that you are always welcome to return to him with any questions. He gladly helps you realign your thought processes to Higher Truth.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
• You may want to write down the insights your received or the plans you feel need your full attention.

Full moon & lunar eclipse meditation, July 2020

On July 5th there is another full moon and this time it is accompanied by a lunar eclipse. This is the third eclipse in a row. Full moons often heighten emotions and that is even more the case during eclipses. This lunar eclipse can enhance your intuitive perceptions. So pay attention to the feelings and images that you may get during this time. They have a message for you! It is also a good time to look at your ‘work’. Are you living your soul purpose? What about your appreciation for yourself? If you have certain dreams, use this moon to release your doubts or your fear of success.

This full moon is called Plant Moon here in the Netherlands and this is about
nature being at its most bountiful. Now is the time to realize our destiny.

Preperation
Take some time to contemplate the last 6 months. What has happened in your life since the beginning of this year? It certainly has been a year like never before with all that has been happening in the world. But amidst all this you still need to live your soul purpose. Every Light worker is needed.

Meditation time

• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you to further enhance the wonderful energy field you have created by bringing up light from your earth star chakra.
• Then connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Open yourself up to the energy of the full moon. This is the energy of letting go. So if there are things in your life and personality, you would like to lovingly let go of, you can do so now. Simply give those things to Archangel Zadkiel to be transformed and transmuted by the violet flame.
• Then open up your being to the energy of the sun. Shine the golden light upon all you wish to further develop. Like a flower opening up to the rays of the sun, feel yourself and your life basking in the golden glow.If there are areas you are unsure of, doubts about which directions to take you can now call in the help of the archangels, for example:
  ~Archangel Jeremiel to show you your Divine Blueprint
  ~Archangel Raziel for esoteric knowledge and spiritual understanding
  ~Archangel Rafael for physical healng
  ~Archangel Raguel to heal the relationship with self and others
  Or simply let an appropriate angel come to you.
• Share any doubt or feelings with the angel and listen to their reply. It may come in the form of images, thoughts and feelings. And keep an open mind to angel sings the coming days.

Full moon and lunar eclipse meditation, June 5, 2020

I don’t know about you, but I could really feel the full moon coming as well as the effects of the incoming energy this week. * And it’s not just a full moon, it’s also a partial lunar eclipse. That means that you can experience a lot of emotions, but it may not always be clear where all those emotions are coming from. It is an extra powerful time to let go of old stuff, especially from the past six months.

By letting go of that which no longer suits you and no serves your highest good, there will automatically be room for what does resonate with you. Strangely enough, this full moon in Sagittarius also lends itself well to dream big. This planet brings a lovely dose of happiness and also helps to connect with others. It is a very optimistic sign and we can really use that now. This is also a sign that you are strengthening your ideals. So have a good feel if you live in alignment with your own values ​​and your personal truth. You can let go of things that are no longer in line with them. That can also mean letting go of old ideals and old ways of being and believing. You can let go of anything that holds you back, be it old intentions or ideas or people or circumstances that no longer serve your greatest good.

Also, take the time to take care of yourself. The incoming energies can really take some processing time for the physical body. This can sometimes lead to symptoms. So be gentle with yourself.

This moon in June is also known as the grass moon and has the theme GROWTH. So that goes very well with the positive power of Sagittarius.

I also use lovely aura sprays attuned to angels and higher light beings that I make. The one called archangel Michael creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
• Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Now imagine that you are in a beautiful meadow full of blooming flowers and grasses. It smells delicious and the sun is shining on your face. The grass is waving gently in the wind and you feel very peaceful and at ease.
• You see a Being of Light walking towards you in the field. This is your Soul Angel, the angel guiding you through all your incarnations and life lessons. The angel moves towards you through the tall grass and you are filled with joy. The angel gives you a big hug and its loving wings envelop you.
• Then the angel releases you from its warm hug and asks you if there is anything that is blocking your (spiritual) growth. Feel free to share anything that is holding you back. The angel holds out a big, golden bowl for you. You place all those things that do not serve your growth in the golden bowl. When you are finished and the bowl is full, two angels come to take it away to Source for recycling. The angel then asks you what growth you would wish to bring into your life. As you ponder this question a large white board appears before you. This allows you to project images of what you wish to manifest in your life and all things you want to see grow and flourish. You can fill the board with the words, images or video clips of what you would like to see happen. You can remember this board and add to it daily before going to sleep to increase your good intentions and to anchor them in your awareness. You can also write down an affirmation after this meditation and daily repeat it during the month.
• When you are finished, thank your Soul Angel. Ask your angel to support your growth and intentions. The angel does so lovingly and willingly. It is time to say goodbye to your angel and you watch the angel leave the field.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation

* Incidentally, there have also been solar flares and there is a lot of shifting in the energy. One of the wonderful things that are happening at this time are new dragons around Earth from Andromeda. They come to help us during this challenging period on the planet.

Meditation with Archangel Metatron for the supermoon on May 7, 2020

Tomorrow’s full moon is another super moon. It is the last in a series of super moons in 2020. It will be followed by several eclipses in June. A super moon is closer to the Earth and therefore looks larger than normal. As such it’s energy can also be more strongly felt. This full moon is the full moon of Awakening. I find it is a much needed energy for us all at these pivotal times on the planet.

Sensitive times of change

These are traditionally times of transformation and breakthroughs. But this year one cannot help but feel everything is changing. As we are confronted with a world wide virus and all the suffering as well as measures that go with it, you may be feeling extra emotional right now, and sensitivity may be enhanced. As such it is an important time to listen to your emotions, acknowledge them and be gentle with yourself and others. All in all it is a time that brings change. Especially relationships, and not just the romantic kind, will be in the limelight of this change. The transformational energy may help you see some relationships have served their soul purpose, yet other ones may actually expand and grow. The one thing that runs through it all though, is to let go of all that is withholding you from shining your inner light. These times with ‘social distancing’ call for deeper connections, connections from soul to soul. May we connect through meditating together and bring in positivity as we do so.

Beltane seeds

The Moon of Awakening is usually around Beltane and this moon’s name refers to the awakening of nature in spring. This is a great time for planting seeds. As you do so, you may have the intention that the seeds you are planting represent certain things in your life you wish to manifest or renew. The full moon then helps to let go of everything that hinders the growth of your dreams, intentions and goals. As such you may choose what metaphorical seeds to water and what weeds to get rid of. 

Like last year we will work with the energy of Archangel Metatron during this meditation.

Archangel Metatron

Metatron is one of the two archangels that are said to have lived human lives as a prophet, before they were rewarded with ascension to the realm of the Archangels. He is often depicted as a writer and he is sometimes called the Heavenly Scribe who oversees the Akashic Records. Here are all of our lives and deeds are recorded.

Metatron is the guardian of the threshold between the world of forms and the formless. It is said that he holds the highest vibration of all the archangels. Nevertheless, his energy is delicate, soft, illuminating and it is pure universal love. Metatron is the beginning and the end. His energy opens the gates of consciousness and dimensions. He gives us knowledge, insight and clarity. Metatron lets us see what is holding us back and shows us the various ways forward.
His energy brings silence, contentment, happiness and unity.

Metatron’s Cube: the Merkaba

Metatron is associated with the Merkabah, the celestial chariot of God. The vehicle of the Merkaba is now seen as the highest form of sacred geometry.
This 6000 year old pattern with nineteen overlapping circles and equilateral triangles are intertwined and together form a perfect geometric shape. This image was called “Merkaba” in Egypt. Mer stands for light or energy, and Ka Ba for body and soul. This symbolized the Merkaba energy field that surrounds the human body. Through the centuries, philosophers, artists and architects have always seen the Merkaba, also known as the Flower of Life, as a symbol of perfection and harmony. It is therefore known as the ultimate symbol of sacred geometry in which the fundamental forms of space and time are stored.
Archangel Metatron uses the Merkaba (also known as Matatrons Cube) for healing and the cleansing of lower energies. The cube rotates clockwise and its spinning movement pushes away negative energy.

Meditation time

• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
  Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Now imagine that you travel to Archangel Metatrons Temple in higher dimensions. This temple shines deep hues of pink and dark green. It is an extraordinary building like nothing on earth and it consists of sacred geometric shapes. You reach the temple by a walkway and the temple seems to open automatically for you.
• In the middle of the temple Archangel Metatron is awaiting you. His arms are stretched above him and in the space between it rotates Metatron’s cube. You feel your eyes drawn to the delicate and intricate shape of the Cube.
• Metatron asks you what seeds you wish to plant in your life. He asks you to think carefully to make sure your wishes reflect your soul and not your ego. When it feels right, release the seeds to the angel. Then to see how the seeds are placed in the rotating cube and see them taking shape as symbolic plants or trees. They are gorgeous and fabulous and you watch them spring to life in awe. Angels enter the temple to bring the plants or trees outside where they will plant them into temple grounds. This way your seeds will always be rooted in the Light. you may also send out seeds with wishes for the healing of mankind and the world at large.
• Metatron now asks you if you want to receive healing in order for you to experience a spiritual rebirth. If you want this, then see how the Archangel places his cube around your body. Feel how its spins clockwise. Any lower or dark energy in your body or energy field is expelled by the spinning of the cube. Feel your energy increasing. You feel lighter and lighter.
• When your energy is healed and cleansed, the rotation gradually decreases and Matatron withdraws the cube. He says: “Feel the healing in your being. Your energy is lifted and cleared. This will help you to realign to your Higher Self. If you let yourself be guided by your Higher Self, it will be so much easier to live your Divine Blueprint. You are always welcome to return to me for further healing and spiritual growth.”
• You thank the angel and say goodbye to him. You leave the temple via the bridge to return to where you started this journey.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
• Please make sure you ground extra well as Metatron’s Cube holds a very high frequency. You may also drink lots of clear water in the coming days, to aid the cleansing process.

The Council of Light told me that yes, a critical mass was reached, but no, the work is not done. Each and everyone of us are called to stay grounded in our Light, walk our highest path and raise our vibration to help anchor the New Energies for the planet. Not an easy thing to do with so much suffering and fear in the collective.

Super moon meditation on March 9

I am rather late, but…still on time to share these meditation with you. Today it is full moon in Virgo, Mercury is on the brink of going direct (jay) and it is a super moon to top it all off. Thus, a lovely time to meditate. Feel free to join in the meditation tonight.

Todays full mon is in Virgo. Virgo is an Earth sign that helps you process all your life’s lessons, and let go of what’s no longer benefitting your well-being.

Virgo helps you to focus on health, your service to the world, and your daily habits. So it is a great time to let go of anything that is blocking you in these areas. By doing so you can say yes to your inner Light. That way it can shine through more brightly. Please be aware your Light is greatly needed on Earth. It is unique and the better you take care of yourself, the more you can shine your Light!

Supermoon

A supermoon appears to be much bigger, seemingly closer to earth. As such its energies van also be felt more strongly. We are asked to be true to ourselves as we connect to others and to live from unconditional love, allowing each and every one to be who they truly are…including yourself.

I always feel the snow moon is magical as it is all about the new seeds yet to germinate. 

Since the heaviest snow usually falls during this month, native tribes of the north and east most often called the full Moon around this time of year the Full Snow Moon. Some tribes also referred to this Moon as the Full Hunger Moon, since harsh weather conditions in their areas made hunting very difficult.

The Snow Moon falls between Imbolc and Ostara. Between sowing (Imbolc) and germination (Ostara) is the moment where we wait to see if something will be viable. Not every seed that reaches the earth, will germinate. Likewise not all ideas that come to mind are achievable. Sometimes it is necessary to handy to let go of something before something new can avail.

And as such this moon is a great time to look at our plans and ideas and make choices
about what we want to do, want to postpone and want to leave behind. This moon shows us the harshness of nature and the importance of using our energy wisely. Therefore it is better not to spend energy on plans that are not feasible. Give your energy to those things you know are achievable and in line with your Soul’s Purpose (as meditated upon on the previous Full Moon). Make a list for yourself of all things that are currently superfluous. This can give a great sense of relief.

Let us ask archangel Uriel to shine his light on what seeds to plant this year!

Archangel Uriel
Archangel Uriel is one of the seven Archangels that stand at the throne of the Creator and one of the four major Archangels that serve humanity.

Uriel rules the mental plane such as our thoughts and ideas, creativity, insights, judgment, universal consciousness and divine order. Uriel can help us link to the spiritual realms and he can show us how to find our inner power. When we shift in consciousness we help the entire human kingdom’s shift into higher realms of consciousness. Uriel helps with this very important process, especially in these times of Cosmic Change.

Uriel is also known as the Archangel of Salvation and he helps us when we want to heal every aspect of lives. He helps us let go of disappointments and turn them into victories. He shows us the hidden blessings in times of adversity. And he helps us release the painful burdens and memories of the past through the application of unconditional forgiveness. With his flaming sword he purifies mental and emotional understanding. He transmutes lower vibrational energies into enlightened spiritual understanding.

You can use the Crystal Angel Essence Uriel to support you in this special time.

Preparation for the meditation
We, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.
You may want to prepare for the meditation by writing down your list with superfluous things.

The Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by connecting to your earth star chakra (20-30 cm beneath your feet) and connect to the centre of the earth and crystalline grid through this wonderful chakra.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also the aura sprays I have developed with my collegue Sabine called Crystal Angel Essences. Especially the Archangel Michael Essence creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
  You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
• Connect to all the other Light workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet. You may imagine drawing in Cosmic Golden Light through your Crown chakra into your heart and sending it from your heart to me and all other light workers participating. When we all do this we form a powerful network of Light that helps heal the earth. When you are done, imagine us all simultaneously sending the energy to areas of conflict and the refugees to bring Light, Love, Freedom and Healing. You may want to then send it to other areas and people you feel need it at this time.
• Now imagine travelling through a moonlit snow landscape. The snow sparkles and glistens in the soft glow of the moon. The air is crisp and fresh and you inhale it deeply. You feel the soft snow underneath your feet and heal its soft cracking sound. You carry a beautiful pouch with you, inlaid with moonstones. You know this pouch holds all your ideas and plans for the coming year.
• You soon reach a crystal cave that lights up from within. At the entrance you see a radiant Angel that radiates a pure, ruby red and golden energy. You intuitively know this is the Archangel Uriel. Uriel awaits you and motions you to come in. He tells you the entrance to this cave is a portal to the fifth or higher Dimensions and will bring you to that Dimension that currently suits your Soul best. You feel a shift in energy as you enter a hall that shimmers with light.
• Archangel Uriel guides you to a crystal table. He motions you to empty your pouch on the table. These seeds are all your ideas and plans. As they touch the table some shrivel and others light up like pretty gemstones. Look at them carefully and let the seeds tell you their tale. Realize which ones are viable and not. Look at them one by one. Which seed, which idea looks most radiant? This is the seed that you can start to plant in your life now.
• Uriel blesses it and the other gemstones. You are asked to then pick up the gemstones and put them in your magical pouch, but to leave behind the shriveled seeds.
• Uriel gathers these and throws them in a golden fire so that the possible energy of the energy can be reused. He invites you to give any outmoded beliefs and worries to the flames as well.
• You may ask Uriel to help you with your new ideas and projects. He may give you insights to take with you.
• You thank the Archangel. He tells you that you are always welcome to return to him with any questions. He gladly helps you realign your thought processes to Higher Truth.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
• You may want to write down the insights your received or the plans you feel need your full attention.

Full Moon meditation and cosmic portal on December 12, 2019

We are well on our way to to 2020. A number of energetically important days are coming this month! It can be a time of activation, so it is extra important to ground yourself well (preferably in your earth star chakra) and to be truly present. Take time to rest, take good care of yourself. Spend time in nature and look back on the seven years since 2012 and what they have brought you. What would you like to change? Really take the time for this … meditate on it … tune into your soul.

Cosmic portal

It is full moon on December 12. You can imagine stepping from the old timeline onto the new … the timeline to your highest path of Light and to the New Earth. This full moon also coincides with the 12-12 portal (though in the Americas that portal will be on the 11th).Cosmic gate days are always days when more Light comes to earth. A good time to tune into your own spiritual guide team and let them guide you to what this Light can mean for you.

This Angel Gate is a preparation for the Pluto / Saturn conjunction of the beginning of January 2020. This position is not so common and heralds a transformative and intense period. 2020 may bring many changes; not only in the energy on earth, but also in your personal life. The time of transformation that have been here since 2012 is therefore becoming more tangible. Often it requires releasing what no longer serves.

The full moon helps us with this. This full moon is that of the thirteenth month and is known as a tree moon here in the Netherlands. As a tree lover I rather like that term.

Tree moon
The Tree Moon is the last moon of the cycle, the thirteenth moon, which is only inserted if a full moon falls between December 10 and 20, which is the case seven times in nineteen years.
The tree moon reminds us of the cycle of life. Plants that bloom in the spring die off in the fall. This provides nutrition for the earth and makes rebirth possible in the spring. It helps us realise that we are part of this larger whole. We can therefore let go of everything that limits us and gives us a sense of separation from others. Letting go of the limited to open yourself to the unlimited is what the tree moon is all about.

The meditation
You can join me and the other Lightworkers at 8 p.m. to participate in meditation (which is 7 pm UK time).
Although we are all in our own place, we can still tune into each other and thus form a field of consciousness. You will find that meditation is therefore often easier and contains a deeper power. If you cannot participate at 8 pm, you can also tune in earlier or later.

• Light one or more candles before starting the meditation. You can also burn an incense stick or use an oil in an evaporator.
• Sit down and take some lovely relaxing breaths.
• Start by cleansing your space. I always do this by placing a column of light, letting a platinum net pass through space and inviting the ascension flame. I also use the aura spray Archangel Michael of Crystal Angel Essences.
• Place your feet firmly on the ground to ground yourself and make contact with the earth star chakra below you. Fill your own energy field with the Light from this chakra.
  In addition, possibly ask Archangel Michael to protect you with his deep blue cloak of protection.
• Connect with all Lightworkers, so that we may form a network of Light around the earth.
• Now imagine that you are on a timeline. Behind you lies your past … you may see this life, but it can also extend to past lives. Think of it as a line of light. This line also extends before you. Now see before you how there is a new line parallel to this timeline. This is much lighter and more loving. Now you can choose … to stay on your current timeline (perhaps you can see what your future will look like if you do) or make the transition to the new timeline (and with that to the New Earth). Feel what you want in your heart and soul. You can ask for advice from Archangel Michael, who knows your divine plan and blueprint.
  When you opt for the new timeline, step on it with full dedication. Invite your higher self to join you and guide you on this timeline. Also invite your guide team to walk with you and indicate that if other guides are needed on the new timeline, you invite all guides of 100% Light that can assist you on this timeline.
• Now picture how many other Lightworkers step onto their new timelines, together creating a new network of Light. Much like the 3D grid on Earth being upgraded to a crystalline 5D grid, we can embark on a new timeline of more Light, love and joy.

Full moon meditation November 12, 2019: Blood Moon

moon is called the blood moon as it is historically the time of year when people would prepare for the hard winter months ahead by slaughtering the pigs. In those days the harvest had gone by and survival was a lot harder without all the technological support we have.

The Bloodmoon is a time to say goodbye to that which lies behind us. It is an excellent time to ponder what we wish to keep. It also shows us our vulnerability. Vulnerability and personal weaknesses do not deserve punishment or criticism. They should be given care and attention instead. It is important to take time to get to terms with old hurts and find inner peace. Winter is a time to go within, to collect energy so that we may blossom again come spring. Every season has its own energy and it is unwise to try make things grow and flourish in winter as spring is a much better time to do so.

To prepare for the new year, winter calls on us to let go of all that no longer serves us. Emotions and events may be digested. Take time to rest, take good care of yourself and recover and recuperate where needed.

Sensitive persons and Lightworkers can also be confronted with the heightening of the frequency on the planet caused by the ascension process. These higher energies can bring to the surface old patterns, which can cause some chaos in our lives. With some this can lead to some physical symptoms such as fatigue. Again, this is a good reason to go within and take excellent care of ourselves. It can also lead to a change in relationships. Old patterns of communicating may go and a new sense of integrity and transparence is needed.

The Earth and all souls currently incarnated stand before wondrous and powerful times of change and transformation. We can contribute to this process by taking care of ourselves and by sending love to ourselves, others and the earth. The closer we stay connected to our soul, the purer and more powerful the Light will be that we can radiate to the Earth, to people in need, and to all that lives and needs light.

You can prepare for the meditation by taking some time to write down your thoughts on survival, living and caring for yourself. How do you treat yourself? When do you criticize yourself? What about? Could you deal with these things differently, without all the criticism? Can you be more loving towards yourself? And how about taking better care of you? You are a child of the Divine after all!

• Imagine being in a temple of Light in the Higher Dimensions. The temple is a pyramid of Light. As you enter it you are surrounded by the most wonderful aquamarine crystal that radiates its soft light to you. Breathe in this color. Before you stand a being of pure blue and white light. When it comes near to you, you realize this is Mother Mary, the queen of Angels. Mary overlighted the Mother of Jesus and she and her angels bring endless healing and compassion. Picture her angels forming a circle around you and sending you healing from their hearts and hands. Mary looks at you lovingly. She knows your human ‘faults’, but sees the perfection of your soul. She radiates this to you and asks you to open your heart for yourself and to show yourself some respect and love! See your heart chakra as a beautiful flower with 33 and imagine the petals opening one by one.
• Two of Mother Mary’s angels bring a big mirror to you. Now look at yourself and send love to all parts of yourself that you tend to criticize or which you are unsure about. When you have done this, your True Self appears in the mirror. It is a being of pure and magnificent light. This is who you truly are. The being you may bring to Earth in all you think, say and do.
• Now see Mary appearing behind you as she puts her aquamarine cloak around you. This cloak is now placed within your energy field. Mary hugs you and you say goodbye to her and her angels.
• When you are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.

Cosmic portals and hunter’s full moon meditation

We have arrived in the last quarter of 2019 and with that the energy of next year can already be felt. According to numerology, the new year and decennium has challenges and changes in store for us.

Towards 2020

2020 is a 4 year. This means that it is a year of spirituality. A year in which it is important to take care of our inner life and our spiritual development. When we do, it can bring a breakthrough. This year’s energy will help you set new priorities and long-term goals. Getting things working is what it’s all about.

This often entails a clearing to make room for the new energy that wants to manifest itself. Things that no longer resonate and vibrate may be released. Nature shows us how to let go. While the leaves are falling, a small miracle takes place on the forest floor and the most beautiful mushrooms can be seen. The same applies in our lives: letting go of unnecessary things brings fertile grounds for what serves our greater good.

The energy of cosmic gates

Yesterday was the cosmic 10:10 gateway. According to ‘the Keepers’ via Irma Kaye, the last three star gates of 2019 stand for:

10:10 – consciousness

11:11 – transcendence

12:12 – realization

Star gates are openings to higher consciousness. This one was for letting go of karma, including blaming yourself for things. Master Adama also informed me this week that it is no longer necessary to participate in the ‘blame game’ that the ego often plays. The expectation is that a large amount of cosmic energy will arrive between 12:12 and 21:12. Everything that we now clean up and let go of creates space to allow more Light into our being.

To do this, we can use a beautiful spiritual tool: the Golden, Silver, Violet Flame. The Violet Flame is said to be a spiritual tool, dating back to the times of Atlantis. It has been withdrawn from general knowledge after misuse of power. Since the beginning of the 20th century St. Germain has brought it back to the earth to a select few. After the Harmonic Convergence in the 80’s it was decided to bring this tool out into the open. The Flame has evolved with the changing vibrations on Earth. In 1998 the Silver Ray of Grace and Harmony merged with the Violet Flame of Transmutation. When this is invoked, negative energy is replaced with something beautiful of a higher frequency. And now the fifth dimensional Gold Ray has merged with the Silver Violet Flame, adding wisdom, angelic love and protection to the qualities of transmutation and harmony – a truly mighty combination that raises your consciousness to the fifth dimension and holds it there.
Using the Golden, Silver, Violet Flame can work as a spiritual super cleansing. Things you want to let go of, can be transmuted.

Preparing for the meditation

Before going into meditation, take 15 minutes to make a list of all the things that no longer serve you. You may want to change certain ways of thinking and behaving, relationship or work issues. Write these down and bring them to your meditation.

Find a peaceful place where you can meditate without being disturbed.
If possible you may want to meditate in the fresh air out in nature, as to be closer to the full moon. A place where you will not be disturbed inside can be equally beneficial.

An altar can help you find the right focus for your meditation.
You could put some symbols on the alter this month to represent transformation and the violet flame. You could for instance put amethyst on it, violet or purple candles and flowers or a picture of St. Germain and Archangel Zadkiel.

• Connect to the earth and ground yourself, preferably via your earth star chakra. Then close your eyes.
• Connect to all the other Light Workers and imagine us all forming lovely network of light all around Mother Earth.
• Now see before you a path of Light. On this path of Light are ten portals. As you walk your path of Light into higher Dimensions you pass underneath these ten portals. Each one has two light beings guarding it and they are here to help you on your path.These guardians may be dragons, unicorns, angels or other higher dimensional beings of light. 
• Feel your vibration heightening as you walk through each portal. When you have passed all of them you standing front of a temple of Light in the Higher Dimensions.
• You step into this violet temple. Before you a magnificent violet fire is burning brightly. Silver and golden flames dance through the violet fire. Archangel Zadkiel stands behind the fire and asks you to put anything that is holding you back and that no longer serves you into the fire. The fire will not only transform it, but will transmute it, bringing something better in its place.
• When you are done with this personal process you may send the violet light to any area in the world that could use transformation. Send it with your love and compassion.
• When you are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you.
• Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
