Full moon meditation on May 18: grasmoot

The full moon of May 18th, is called the Grass Moon here in the Netherlands. The Grass full Moon falls in the period of growth and flowering prior to Midsummer. A wonderful time, when all the grass in bloom. Historically this is the time of the hay harvest, which would ensure that the cattle would live through the winter to come. As most vegetables are not yet harvested and the corn just begins to mature this is not a harvest festival, but rather a time of hope and promise.

Growth

Whilst nature is flowering, and full of growth and promise, it is time to look at our lives and evaluate our own growth. The full moon is a good moment to release what no longer serves us. In this case, you can let go anything that is holding you and your personal and spiritual growth back. Then you can focus on an intention of what you wish to see in its place.

I see many are struggling with a certain fear consciousness and so this is a great time to let go of fears, in order to spread your wings!

Meditation time

Those, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). As I will be in a different timezone I have no idea when I will join in;-). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.

Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by bringing your attention to your earth star chakra (20-30 cm beneath your feet). Feel how this chakra is connected to the crystalline grid around the earth and let light poor into you from this chakra upwards.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also use lovely aura sprays attuned to angels and higher light beings that I make. The one called archangel Michael creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
• Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Now imagine that you are in a beautiful meadow full of blooming flowers and grasses. It smells delicious and the sun is shining on your face. The grass is waving gently in the wind and you feel very peaceful and at ease.
• You see a Being of Light walking towards you in the field. This is your Soul Angel, the angel guiding you through all your incarnations and life lessons. The angel moves towards you through the tall grass and you are filled with joy. The angel gives you a big hug and its loving wings envelop you.
• Then the angel releases you from its warm hug and asks you if there is anything that is blocking your (spiritual) growth. Feel free to share anything that is holding you back. The angel holds out a big, golden bowl for you. You place all those things that do not serve your growth in the golden bowl. When you are finished and the bowl is full, two angels come to take it away to Source for recycling. The angel then asks you what growth you would wish to bring into your life. This is something you can bring your full focus to around the New moon.
• When you are finished, thank your Soul Angel. Ask your angel to support your growth and intentions. The angel does so lovingly and willingly. It is time to say goodbye to your angel and you watch the angel leave the field.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation

Angel of the Divine Blueprint

We all have a Divine Blueprint. just like a beautiful temple is first drawn on a blueprint, so too does our soul have a blueprint. This Blueprint consists of the lessons we wish to learn, the things we wish to experience, the growth we hope to accomplish. And if we do not learn those things we had planned, than we can return to do so in another life, much like a grand cathedral is built over many lives. 

When we are connected to our hearts, it becomes easier to follow our soul’s path. This angel is therefore here to remind us of our Divine Blueprint and to follow our heart to live according to our higher plan.

The sculpture seemed to make itself after I picked up a high frequency blue Kunzite Crystal at a gemstoneshop here in the Netherlands. 

Kyanite is a beautiful and metaphysically powerful stone claimed to have high vibrations. Kyanite aligns the chakras and meridians  (seven main energetic points in the body) just by holding it and is associated with the third eye (between the eyebrows). It restored Qi and the original DNA. It reveals one’s path in life and helps with meditation. Like a key, it can unlock doors and reveal psychic gifts or allow one to go deeper creatively or metaphysically; even revealing karmic plans and outcomes. It also connects you to your spirit guides and helps to work through karmic patterns. It can be used to heal past relationships and bring love to current or future connections. Since it can align chakras quickly, it provides emotional balance; eliminating worry and confusion. It will also aid communication and reduce disagreements.

And so when I saw this piece that was roughly shaped like a heart, I knew it had to go home with me to be incorporated into an angel sculpture. The angel seemed to shape itself, wanting a body with 12 strands of DNA and wings with 12 curves to represent the 12 chakra’s. It gave me the following message to share with you:

“I Am the Angel of the Divine Blueprint and I am here to help remind you of your inner spark of Light. You are a Divine being in a human experience en you may now align that experience with your Soul, the truth of who you really are.

Please realize there are no mistakes. Every choice brings lessons and growth. Yet you came to this beautiful planet with a plan and the more you attune to the deeper truth of your heart, the easier it becomes to live according to your Divine Blueprint. 

I carry the energy of Archangel Michael within me and my heart will help your spiritual awakening, as well as help you to speak your truth and go forwards fearlessly on the spiral of life. “

The Angels support and comfort us in a time of loss

This afternoon I was sculpting an angel for a couple who suddenly lost their teenage daughter. As always when making my Healing Heart Angels I tune into the Angels and this time I was focused on the Angels who comfort in grief, such as Archangel Azrael and the Angels of the Rainbow Bridge. Just as I was finishing the angel, news was broadcasted on Dutch radio that Prince Friso had died today.

Every day, new souls are born on earth in a human body. And at the same time souls leave the planet on a daily bases. Every person has to deal with the grief associated with the ebb and flow of life. We all walk the earth for a certain time. Sometimes we walk together during our whole lives. In other instances life paths cross for a brief time. At some point we all have to say goodbye until the time we will be reunited in the Afterlife or next life on Earth.

The Angels comfort us because they know goodbye  is not forever. Shared love is eternal. You keep this fire burning in your heart for as long as you live, after which there you meet again Soul to Soul.

When my father was dying, tears streamed down his cheeks. He did not understand why his body was crying. He had never been a man who showed his emotions. But his body and soul obviously thought better of it. My sadness at losing him was devastating to him. His main concern was leaving his children behind. I comforted him by saying that the degree of sadness when grieving is in direct proportion to the degree of love that was shared. I had never wanted to miss out on that! After my dad died I made my first Healing Heart Angel to comfort myself and remind me that our love was eternal and he was protected by angels.

When we mourn, the Angels come to comfort us. You can call on Archangel Azrael, the Angel of Consolation and the Angels of the Rainbow Bridge to assist you during the difficult time after a loss. You can also call on them to assist other people who are grieving. As such we can be there for each other as human angels on earth.

In times of grief, we can be there for others. Simply by being there. By a supportive word or card, a visit or phone call. You cannot take away the pain, but you can give the other person the strength to bear the loss.

Personally, I always ask the Angels to help and support those who have lost a loved one. I have created the Rainbow Bridge essence with my colleague Sabine to support people during any time of transition. And as mentioned above I share the peace and strength of the Angels through the sculptures I make.

The angels are here to support you…even when you doubt it

Though officially spring has started, the last couple of days we have had snowflakes fluttering down on us here in the Netherlands. Even though it might make one wonder when spring will truly arrive, sooner or later it will. In the same way, we can confidently continue on our path, knowing that all the lessons we are currently learning are getting us ready for the spiritual spring. This is the spring of personal growth and spiritual awakening.

That may sound easier than it is for many people, as I am finding out through all the questions that reach me when people purchase an angelheart e-consultation, ask for a healing or simply send an email to me. Many people are experiencing a sense of heaviness in life. When people suffer, grieve, hurt or despair they often wonder why God allows this suffering and why the angels do not prevent it from happening. A dear friend of mine wondered if there were angels after all.

I know deep inside that the angels are here, no matter what. I’ve seen one and I often feel angels around me. I feel it tingling on my back (angel wings), or I hear their high frequency in my ears and when I channel their energy in my email consultations, drawings and sculptures, they uplift my thoughts.

Yet, even though the angels are always there, this does not prevent us from experiencing difficult times, suffering loss, making mistakes or becoming sick. These are all part of our souls’ path of growth and experience. At such moments the human condition is a major challenge. At such time our frequency may drop, making it impossible for us to feel the angels anywhere near.

I have experienced this myself when feeling down or stressed. Though the angels are still there, it is me who turns away and has a hard time opening up to them. By resisting what is, we resist the solutions that may be awaiting us as well. All solutions lie within ourselves. Even if there is no practical solution within our experience of 3D reality, there may be a solution in our heart concerning the way we respond to the challenges on our path.

At such times, please search for a light in yourself, in others, or in the world, however small. This light will help you to slowly raise your vibration once more … until one day when you find yourself opening up to the soft whispers of the angels, guides and ascended masters once more. They have simply been waiting for you, ready to support you. Re-connect you with your soul. That’s where the real healing comes from…

Moon of the longest night – cleansing & purification

This Friday is the last full moon of 2012 and I welcome you to spend some time in meditation on that day with me and other Lightworkers.

Since this very special Yule / Winter Solstice the turnaround has taken place. The days grow longer and the constructive forces of nature are gradually strengthening over time. The light of the full moon at this time provides a glimpse of the sunlight returning in nature. This moon is a harbinger of the coming spring and summer.

This Moon’s theme are cleansing and new beginnings. You may experience an increase in emotions, and perhaps past grief and hurts are to be released now.

This moon is again a perfect time straighten things out. What a great time to let go of all you wish to leave behind in 2012. If there are things left that need to be released, this full moon is a good time. This will make room for new things in the new cycle that is coming your way. Some things need to change before you can begin something new. The cleansing effect of the energy of this moon will help you in the process.

The moon meditation

Here in the Netherlands we are meditating at 8 pm. You can join me and the other Lightworkers participating by connecting to meditate at the same time, or at 8 pm in your time zone. If you cannot make this time, feel free to choose a time that is convenient and simply hold the intention to connect to us. This will amplify the meditation.

The preparation

You may prepare the meditation by writing what you want to let go of.

Meditation

You may light one or more candles before you begin. You can also burn an incense stick, or some aromatherapy oil.

Sit down and relax.

Start by cleansing your room. I always do this by placing a pillar of light, a platinum grid through the room and by inviting the ascension flame. Also, I always use the Archangel Michael spray of Crystal Angel Essences (you can order this from me).

Place your feet firmly on the earth to ground yourself before you make contact with the silver light of the moon. Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.

Ask Archangel Michael to protect you with his deep blue cloak of protection.

Connect with all Lightworkers so that we may form a network of light around the earth. You can hold a special intention for the planet, such as peace, healing and / or love.

Now imagine that you are in a temple of light in the higher dimensions. The temple is a pyramid of light and is filled with a healing landscape. You walk through this landscape. There is a creek, where you can release your list of things that no longer serve you. The words will simply dissolve and the paper will perish.

You walk ahead and there are special animals that accompany you and remind you that you are part of nature and the larger whole. Before you appears a beautiful waterfall. This waterfall sparkles of light and rainbows shine through it. A great angel stands beside the waterfall. This is the Angel of Purification and you are invited to stand under the waterfall. Feel the light and rainbows flowing over you like warn water. Everything that you no longer need is washed away. All impurities, heavy emotions and pains are easily rinsed from your being.

If you feel that this is done, you leave the magical rainbow waterfall. The Angel hands you a robe of light for you to wear. The Angel encourages you to keep your mind and thoughts pure and to return whenever you feel you need it.

When you’re done, bring your awareness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch out and feel your body being connected to the ground. When you’re done, blow out the candle and let go of the meditation.

You may use the time after the cleansing meditation to make an angel vision board with your dreams, wishes and intentions for the year to come. You will find some inspiration about this on my youtube channel.

Working with Orbs: Archangel Michael

This orb appeared on a photograph I took in a little church dedicated to Archangel Michael in the Tuscan city Volterra after spending time communicating with Archangel Michael.

Diana Cooper has written two books about orbs and she says “the angels can lower their frequency to impress their light bodies in a circular shape on the photographs.  These were the Orbs which contain the angelic energy and continue to radiate light and messages after they have been pictured.

Every Orb is a key to a specific energy.   Some offer healing, love and enlightenment.  Others give you special attunements.  A few are portals to the universe.”

She further explains that when you look at the Orbs of angels and other high dimensional beings you will receive:

• Specific energies to enlighten you and transform your life
• A connection with unicorns, angels, archangels and fairies
• Tools for confidence, love, empowerment, spiritual expansion and hope
• Expanded enlightenment

This orb is sent to us by Archangel Michael. It exudes protection, clarity and communication.

You can work with this orb in many ways:

• Simply putting it in a room or on your altar can raise the vibration of the room and help bring in energies of protection, clarity and a higher frequency.
• You can use the card as a focus for your meditation. By looking at the orb you can connect to the energy of Archangel Michael.
• When you would like protection, clarity or better communication in some area in your life, you can place a word or picture representing that area (or a picture of yourself) on top of the orb.
• If you would like to receive guidance from Michael in your dreams you may ask him to send it and place the card underneath your pillow (or if you do not want to damage it, place it on your bedside table).

May the orb picture and this great archangel be a support on your path to spiritual wholeness and wellness.

Angel Spotting in Strasbourg

Our summer holiday has begun! We traveled through four countries on friday: the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. We made a stop for the night in Strasbourg. A beautiful city! And although we only arrived around diner time we were still able to do a little bit of angel hunting as the Cathedral was still open. 

Just like last year when we visited the Cathedral of Chartres I got orbs on my photo’s whereas Niels did not get any when making the same picture. In that sense the orbs seem as michievous as fairies.

 The entrance of the cathedral is a beautiful gate, protected by angels.

Within the church a pillar was dedicated to the angels called Pilier des Anges and funnily enough there was a restaurant outside carrying the same name. It is always so much fun to find angels and their signs all over the place. There was this sweet little shop with an angel logo and sign. 

After the relacing night in Strasbourg with some angel hunting and pizza (an excellent combination if I may so myself) we crossed four more countries the next day: France, Germany, Switserland and finally Italy. In Switserland we came by the Engelenberg (angel mountain) and Engelenbergertal (angel mountain valley). And as usual on long journeys there were lots of number plates carrying angel numbers and master numbers, mostly 44, 444, 55, 555, 77 and 777.

According to Doreen Virtues book Angel Numbers angels communicate to us through repeated sequences of numbers. The following are examples of their meanings:

444 — Thousands of angels surround you at this moment, loving and supporting you. You have a very strong and clear connection with the angelic realm, and are an Earth angel yourself. You have nothing to fear—all is well.

555 — Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being “positive” or “negative” since all change is but a natural part of life’s flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continuing seeing and feeling yourself to be at peace.

777 — The angels applaud you… “congratulations, you’re on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true.” This is an extremely positive sign and you should also expect more miracles to occur.

We will see what that will mean for our holiday here in lovely Italy!

Healing Visualisation for Japan

News about the situation in Japan confronts us with the uncontrollable force of nature, the resilience of man and the risky use of the facilities on earth. This 3-in-1 disaster of earthquakes, tsunamis and nuclear disaster affects the people and creatures of Japan in a very hard way.

We can bring a small contribution to the healing of Japan and its people by sending light and angels to assist all in the affected area. You can do this healing visualization whenever you want, but if possible it would be nice to have all of us do this on a daily basis.

Healing Visualization

1. Sit quietly in a place where you will not be disturbed.

2. You can hold a picture of Japan in your hands or place it on your altar.

3. Light a candle with the intention that this session will bring healing for the highest good for Japan, its people and the world.

4. Then close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths.

5. Ask Archangel Michael to protect you during your healing work by placing his deep blue cloak of protection around you.

6. Then ask him then to go to Japan and place a protective cocoon of golden light over all the nuclear reactors and to protect the Earth and it’s atmosphere. Ask him to fix any technical problems within the reactors.

7. Ask Archangel Raphael and his healing angels to support and heal the wounded. Imagine the angels sending emerald green light to the people, animals and nature of Japan and imagine this light to envelop and penetrate each and all to bring peace, harmony and healing.

8. Ask Archangel Chamuel to ensure that survivors are found, so they can be saved and healed.

9. Request Archangel Azrael that all souls who have not survived the disaster be brought to the Light gently and lovingly and ask him and his angels to comfort and support the bereaved.

10. Now ask Archangel Ariel to help restore and protect nature in Japan from all the natural and unnatural violence.

11. And finally, ask Archangel Jophiel to aid in the process of clearing and cleansing all the debris to bring back order and beauty in the country.

12. Thank all the angels and archangels for their help and ask them to send little signals to you on your path that will show you how you can continue to contribute to the healing of Japan and the planet.

Let us hope that this disaster will lead to a flood of compassion, love and understanding of the world.

Channeling Torquaret, the Autumn Angel

Beloved, with the autumn’s magic in the air, I draw closer to the earth to bring my energy. The energy I carry is both the energy of harvest and of letting go. I touch nature and work with the nature angels in this special time of the year when leafs turn into a painting of warm, lush colours, from pale green to deep gold, from vibrant orange and red to earthy brown. Within the letting go of seeds and leafs nature prepares for times ahead. For the seeds will germinate and the leafs will nourish the earth that keeps de seeds safe until the time when spring will bring all of nature back to life.

Like the trees I would like you to slowly draw your energy inwards; deep inside your being so that you can digest the past year and take stock of all your accomplishments. What does your harvest look like? And what things would you like to let go of so that it’s energy can be neutralized and recycled to nourish those seeds and nuts you’d like to plant out for future growth and expansion?

Please understand you could not do this without Mother Earth being here to take care of you. Respect the earth by treating her kindly and give thanks for all her bounty.

You are a star seed planted on earth at this time to plant your unique seeds onto the earth. Bring your uniqueness to life. Share your talents and gifts for the benefit of the greater good; the Cosmic Ecosystem of Life. And water your seeds; your special talents and gifts with the water of love, light and mindfulness.

Be mindful of what you give. Be mindful of what you take. Bring balance between the two. As you share your gifts, you will receive blessings. True blessed living is authentic living. By taking stock of your life you can become truer to yourself. As you let go of all that you no longer need, of all that no longer resonates within your being, you will find new energy and a sense of freedom and well-being.

Once you let go of all those old outmoded patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour a void is created. In this void you can place your new seeds: your projects and dreams so that they can flow and flourish.
