Blue Moon Meditation for July 31st, 2015

On the 31st of July we are greeted by a second full moon. The first one was on July 2nd. Whenever a second full moon is seen in a month, this is called a Blue Moon.

July’s Blue Moon will be here to help you find enlightenment and will help you realize your true goals. What are these goals? Often we think we know what our goal is, but then it turns out it was just made up by the ego. Instead, our soul knows what our true goals are and this is the perfect time to connect to your soul and find out what they are.

We spent the first half of July on Sao Miguel on the Azores. There we became very aware of the difference between guidance from the soul as opposed to the wanting of ego. We had a great adventure swimming with dolphins. As I have been experiencing some very rough clearing symptoms after visiting sacred places the past year, I asked my Spirit Guide Team to help me attune to the energy field of the dolphins and whales gradually. They promised me this and it was reflected by our physical encounters with the dolphins. The first sesssion was a bit challenging with migrating dolphins that did not stick around in one place. This made the contact beautiful but very short. The second dolphin swim we encountered bottlenose dolphins again and this time they were bow riding along the boat. Though they kept their distance when we went into the water, it was a much easier swim. My greatest wish was to also swim with Atlantic Spotted Dolphins. During our third and last swim we were allowed to swim with Common Dolphins. It was magical as one really came up to me to look me in the eye. As I had been meditating every night before the dolphin swims and my angel dolphin guides had told me I would receive a blessing, I was quite sure the spotties would also come. And so in my mind I meditated and called them and there we were! This would be the most magical swim with many spotted dolphins and one of them coming up to me and my hubby to check us out.  They are so cute!  It had been our last swim and though nothing could possibly top it, we felt a bit addicted to being with the dolphins and wondered if we should book another one. But as we each had a feel, there was a definite “no”. My thinking mind did not much like it! But we followed the guidance anyway. Later we bumped into the marine biologist who had been on our boat and she told us the session that day had been very difficult. It was the swim we had considered! A day later we spoke to people that had been on the last boat trip with us and it turned out the next day the dolphin boats motor was no longer working and there would not be the possibility for dolphin swims for a couple of days.  Our guidance had obviously prevented us from disappointments.

During this Blue Moon the angels and angel dolphins* invite us to connect to the goal(s) of our soul and formulate a first (doable!) step towards that goal. Though the energy of the full moon usually is better for letting go and releasing, this one does stimulate us to focus on our intentions. Of course it will be helpful to let of of old ego tendencies that prevent us from living our Soul Based Life.

This Blue Moon falls within the period of the Lions Gate. I will create a new gemstone elixir for the Crystal Angel Essence Archangel Michael, powered by the Blue Moon!

Preperation

Take some time to contemplatie your goal(s).

Meditation time

We, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.

Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
• Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also use my own sprays by Crystal Angels Essences Especially the one called Archangel Michael created a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
  Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
  And open yourself up to the energy of the full moon.
• Now breath into your heart and see, feel and imagine your heart is a temple of light. Enter the temple.
• Now connect to your Spirit Guide Team and call in the appropriate guide for this time. It may be your guardian angel, an angel, a guide, angel dolphin or something else.
• Talk to your guide about your goal and ask if this goal serves your soul purpose and the highest good. If so, then please ask them to bless your goal. If not, ask for a goal that does fit your Soul Purpose.
• Thank your guides and then bring your attention back to your body and the here and now.
• Write down your insights so you can later go back to them when evaluating your soul goals.

Full moon meditation on June 2: Grass moon

Time for a full moon meditation on June 2nd. The energies certainly are powerful at the moment. We are once more in the midst of the influence of Mercury being retrograde, which will last till June 12. On the one hand a wonderful time to clear some clutter, finish things that you have been postponing and meeting with old friends. On the other hand it can certainly bring about some challenges where communication, technique and transport are concerned. Many are encountering old patterns and themes that are once again presented to be transmuted. All in all this full moon is in the midst of winds of change as well as challenges

This full moon is called the Grass Moon. The Grass full Moon falls in the period of growth and flowering prior to Midsummer. A wonderful time, when all the grass in bloom. Historically this is the time of the hay harvest, which would ensure that the cattle would live through the winter to come. As most vegetables are not yet harvested and the corn just begins to mature this is not t a harvest festival, but rather a time of hope and promise.

Growth

Whilst nature is flowering, ad full of growth and promise, it is time to look at our lives and evaluate our own growth. The full moon is a good moment to release what no longer serves us. In this case, you can let go anything that is holding you and your personal and spiritual growth back. Then you can focus on an intention of what you wish to see in its place.

Meditation time

• Now imagine that you are in a beautiful meadow full of blooming flowers and grasses. It smells delicious and the sun is shining on your face. The grass is waving gently in the wind and you feel very peaceful and at ease.
• You see a Being of Light walking towards you in the field. This is your Soul Angel, the angel guiding you through all your incarnations and life lessons. The angel moves towards you through the tall grass and you are filled with joy. The angel gives you a big hug and its loving wings envelop you.
• Then the angel releases you from its warm hug and asks you if there is anything that is blocking your (spiritual) growth. Feel free to share anything that is holding you back. The angel holds out a big, golden bowl for you. You place all those things that do not serve your growth in the golden bowl. When you are finished and the bowl is full, two angels come to take it away to Source for recycling. The angel then asks you what growth you would wish to bring into your life. As you ponder this question a large white board appears before you. This allows you to project images of what you wish to manifest in your life and all things you want to see grow and flourish. You can fill the board with the words, images or video clips of what you would like to see happen. You can remember this board and add to it daily before going to sleep to increase your good intentions and to anchor them in your awareness. You can also write down an affirmation after this meditation and daily repeat it during the month.
• When you are finished, thank your Soul Angel. Ask your angel to support your growth and intentions. The angel does so lovingly and willingly. It is time to say goodbye to your angel and you watch the angel leave the field.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation

The angels are here to support you…even when you doubt it

Though officially spring has started, the last couple of days we have had snowflakes fluttering down on us here in the Netherlands. Even though it might make one wonder when spring will truly arrive, sooner or later it will. In the same way, we can confidently continue on our path, knowing that all the lessons we are currently learning are getting us ready for the spiritual spring. This is the spring of personal growth and spiritual awakening.

That may sound easier than it is for many people, as I am finding out through all the questions that reach me when people purchase an angelheart e-consultation, ask for a healing or simply send an email to me. Many people are experiencing a sense of heaviness in life. When people suffer, grieve, hurt or despair they often wonder why God allows this suffering and why the angels do not prevent it from happening. A dear friend of mine wondered if there were angels after all.

I know deep inside that the angels are here, no matter what. I’ve seen one and I often feel angels around me. I feel it tingling on my back (angel wings), or I hear their high frequency in my ears and when I channel their energy in my email consultations, drawings and sculptures, they uplift my thoughts.

Yet, even though the angels are always there, this does not prevent us from experiencing difficult times, suffering loss, making mistakes or becoming sick. These are all part of our souls’ path of growth and experience. At such moments the human condition is a major challenge. At such time our frequency may drop, making it impossible for us to feel the angels anywhere near.

I have experienced this myself when feeling down or stressed. Though the angels are still there, it is me who turns away and has a hard time opening up to them. By resisting what is, we resist the solutions that may be awaiting us as well. All solutions lie within ourselves. Even if there is no practical solution within our experience of 3D reality, there may be a solution in our heart concerning the way we respond to the challenges on our path.

At such times, please search for a light in yourself, in others, or in the world, however small. This light will help you to slowly raise your vibration once more … until one day when you find yourself opening up to the soft whispers of the angels, guides and ascended masters once more. They have simply been waiting for you, ready to support you. Re-connect you with your soul. That’s where the real healing comes from…

Soul Food

What are you doing to flourish like a fresh spring flower in these new times? I have noticed my body has been telling me what I needed, though I am well known for my inability to listen to its advice in a timely fashion. I have spent one and a half week in bed with an ear infection and flu. I used to find comfort in chocolate during these times, but have been intent on eating more wholesome foods. Instead I spent my days sleeping, resting, eating and reading relaxing stories. Strangely all it did was make me more tired.

My dear friend Maaike from Norway treated me with distant Angelic Reiki. After that I realized I had given up one addiction (chocolate) to replace it with another (light reading). There is nothing wrong with reading in itself, but if you use it to escape the world, it sort of backfires. Instead, I decided to read spiritual magazines and books. I soon felt better. It reminded me of the fact that you can raise your vibration by surrounding yourself with high vibration things and reading high vibration books!

As we are dealing with the new incoming energies, this is just the time to feel our soul! How to do that? Here are some tips:

• Make time daily to breathe through you heart, opening your heart to the light of your soul.
• Do the things that bring you true and deep fulfillment as those are the things in which you bring your special talents to the Earth.
• Meditate regularly. Meditation alleviates stress in oneself. At the same time it has a positive effect as the Maharishi Effect states. It has been proven that areas in which people meditate regularly show less crime, violence, divorces, accidents, suicides and flu.
• You could even open your living room to others once a month to create a meditation group. Or join an existing group. This initiative was started by Dutch rock star and spiritual teacher Tijn Touber and his wife Kris. You can find living rooms and more information on Cities of Light.
• When you feel gratitude, you raise your vibration. And it will attract more blessings into your life as well.
• Spend a day doing everything you do, from brushing your teeth to working, with a special intention. Dedicate all you do to love, or gratitude, or peace etc.
• Pay it forward. This beautiful idea is shown in the movie “ pay it forward”. It simply means that if you receive an act of kindness you pay it forward by doing something kind to three other people. I have just joined a lovely pay it forward action started by one of my friends on facebook and had so much fun with giving to others. Giving freely from the heart certainly raises your vibration!

Venus Transit and Mary Magdalene

What a special day, this was: 06/06/12 with the Venus transit.

I wrote about the transit earlier in my angel newsletter. Venus would move in fornt of the sun, bringing to the Earth her beautiful qualities. Whilst I would be in the South of France these couple of weeks, I knew that Lightworkers everywhere on earth would be meditating on this cosmic moment that helps us to honour the Divine feminine aspects of ourselves and unite them with the Divine Masculine parts.

How lucky just to be close to Rennes-le-Chateau. A perfect place to attune to Venus’ energies. Rennes-le-Château is a small town in France in the Pyrenees, Languedoc-Roussillon, Aude, between Carcassonne and Andorra. In 1885, Rennes-le-Château was a small provincial town. That year Bérenger Saunière was appointed priest of the village. He started a modest renovation of the church. Rumour has it that Sauniere found something that brought in large sums of money which he used for to fund a much larger renovation. The question remains what Sauniere found. There are now thousands of people around the world in search of this secret. Especially since it would appear that it has to do with the underground tradition around the doctrine of the Cathars and the worship of the Feminine and the specific role of Mary Magdalene. The church itself holds hidden symbols indicative of this role. Furthermore, information underscoring her role has said to have been found in the parchments Saunier discovered. According to the book The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail Saunière found evidence that Mary Magdalene was the wife of Jesus Christ, and had children with him. she is said to have traveld to France with their children.

It seemed a good day to visit Rennes-le-Chateau and meditate in Venus transit. I woke up early and I hoped to be able to see Venus dancing in front of the sun, but it was too cloudy so I went back in my bed. During the morning we left for Rennes-le-Chateau. The sun had come out and I enjoyed the scenery.  Nature around us reminded me of the beauty of Mother Earth. Vast vineyards were interspersed with wild flowers. There were rocky slopes with forests. A breath of fresh air compared to our rather over-populated country. The road to Rennes-le-Chateau had a few hairpins. I never like being on hairpin roads much, but my hubby had a great time traversing them.

Arriving at Rennes-le-Chateau, we first visited the museum about the supposed treasure and Sauniere. We enjoyed the open views and when the belltower announced it was noon, I felt it was time to go to the church dedicated to Mary Magdalen.

The atmosphere in the church was very special. It was like stepping into a warm bath. As receiving a warm and loving embrace. It literally felt very warm. All the holy statues are lovely and the dome behind the altar is painted a beautiful blue with stars.

The church exuded a very strong angelic energy, and I felt many angels were present. I sat quietly in a church bench and sank into a light meditation, occasionally interrupted by other visitors. Soon the energy of Mary Magdalene was present as I received a channeling and guided meditation.

When I closed my eyes I saw a circle with a dot in it. I was asked to do the infinity breath through the center of my heart. Breathing in I was to bring down a loop into Cosmos, breathing out into the Earth. Then I was to do the infinity breath horizontally from the front of my heart to the back. The vertical movement focused on Light and the horizontal one on Love.

I sat for a while breathing the Light and Love through me and around me. In the channeling I was blessed with the Love of the Mother, the Light of the Father and finally with Love of Self. I was once more welcomed into The Sisterhood of Light, as has happened before in Glastonbury.

I was told that the balance between the Divine Masculine and Feminine was torn apart in Atlantean times when the energy of this continent sank and most people started to listen to the negative ego instead of the Higher Self. We are invited to meditate and pray to restore these Divine energies at this time. There is much work to be done. We have free will and we need to make our own contribution. It does not matter how we do this, as long as it comes from pure intention (Light) and a pure, heartfelt awareness (Love). With this, we give the angels and ascended masters permission to do the work on our behalf.

We must realize that we have the masculine and feminine within us. The light and love are here to guide us in our lives. How beautiful!

After the silence and meditation in the lovely church of Magdalena, we drove to the Cathar Castle of Arques. And while I was waiting for the door to be opened, I looked up. There was a beautiful halo around the sun. There it was again: the dot with the circle. I made a picture of it. When  downloading it on our laptop, I saw two birds within the circle. A beautiful reminder of the twin aspect of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine: two separate parts which still form a unity.

Spirit guide hero Grandpa Gordon: The Angelic Signalman

Quite a while ago I was contacted through my youtube by a lovely lady from Canada. As we got to know each other she understood I lived in the Netherlands and and she told me that is where her grandfather had lost his life in the Second World War. She also told me he was buried in Bergenop Zoom.

I have made her a personalized angel sculpture- A Healing Heart Angel– and in the process we have become true soul friends. We both have the feeling her Grandpa Gordon had a hand in it. And why not? If you are in the spirit world why not help your relatives and loved ones where you can?!

Then some time ago I was asked to come to an angel day in…Bergen op Zoom to sell my angel art. I was amazed by the coincidence. I would usually not have gone such a way as it is a bit of a drive. But the place just rang a bell (being that Grandpa Gordon was a signalman I can just guess who rang that bell).

And so yesterday I left for Bergen op Zoom as the angel event would be today and I did not want to have to travel back and forth on one day. So…there was some time to visit the grave of my dear friend’s grandfather. Now I had not checked any address and the map we got in the hotel did not have any war cemetery on it. So there we were in the car, wondering what to do. When I looked outside there was a small fluffy feather: an angel sign!

So I took it and decided to use my cell phone, which has internet capacity (though difficult to use). We found the address and drove there. As I walked up to the cemetery I said: Hello Grandpa Gordon” and right after that the sun came through the clouds and remained vibrantly shining during our visit. Someone sure seemed happy to see us;-)

It was a peaceful place and well kept. I felt it truly honoured those earthly angels, who gave their precious lives for our country’s freedom. My friend’s granddad left this earth in the year ’44 and at the age 44. 44 is an important angel number signifying many angels are with you now. So I do feel this special and brave spirit has connected me and his granddaughter through our love for angels!!

Closure for 2010 and Manifesting a Wonderful 2011

Just a few more weeks and 2010 will come to a close. Midwinter and Yule is almost upon us and this time Yule coincides with the full moon. What better year to look back on your year and see what has gone well and to let go of the things that no longer serve you? By letting go of the past year, you open up to new possibilities for 2011!

Now how can you do this? There is a simple and joyful way to do so:

1. write down a gratitude list for 2010
2. write down all that you would like to leave behind in 2010
3. write down what you wish to manifest in the new year

Gratitude

Gratitude is a powerful tool for every Lightworker, every spiritual seeker, and every human being. By feeling grateful for what we have and have done, we create a sense of harmony, lightness and love. One of the spiritual laws, the law of attraction, states that what we give our attention to, increases. And so by focusing on what we are grateful for, we create an energy that attracts more of the same. What better way to close the year and start the new one than with an attitude of gratitude?

And so, take a pen and paper and write down all the things you are grateful for (big and SMALL) and all the things you accomplished. All that has given you joy or the things you did that gave joy to others.

Letting go

Every year we have new experiences and new lessons to learn. Once learned, we can then let go of them, so we do not have to repeat the same thing over and over again. And so, take a second sheet of paper and write down all that no longer serves you. This may be conflicts in friendships or relationships, worries and thought patterns that hinder you, behaviour patterns that do not reflect your inner light.

Manifesting

Once you have insight in what you no longer want, it is time to focus on what you do want. What new experiences do you want to attract and manifest in the year 2011? What new ways of thinking and behaving would you like to learn and create? Which changes do you like to see happen in all the different areas in your life?

Again, you can write this down on a sheet of paper. But, you can be more creative about this manifesting process! For instance you can make a vision board, on which you write the things you want to manifest and stick pictures that illustrate this. Beneath you will find a manifestation angel. You can print it and write on its body all you wish to manifest. Be sure to always use affirming, positive, here-and-now words.

Ritual

Now that you have made the three lists, you can create a little angel ritual for yourself. You may need to do part of it outside. Whichever place you choose, make sure you will not be disturbed and feel safe and secure. Before beginning any spiritual practice, make sure you protect yourself. You can do this in many ways. One of my favourites is to ask Archangel Michael to put his deep, blue cloak of protection around me.

First tell Father Mother God and the Angels what you have written down on your gratitude list. Express your gratitude and truly feel it. Feel the blessings that are in your life.

Then, tell them about the things you want to let go of and destroy the second list. When outside, you can do this by burning the list and asking Archangel Zadkiel and Saint Germain to add the Golden, Silver, Violet fire to your earthly flames for transformation and transmutation of all the things on your list.

Lastly show them your manifestation list and ask them to take it up to the higher Dimensions for perfect manifestation.

Angel Signs around the Worcester Area

Niels and I have travelled to England once more. It always feels like my soul comes home here. Though we have come to the UK for an autumn holiday, we chose the area around Worcester so I can follow a weekend workshop here to learn Angelic Reiki!

I have felt the soul call to do so for over a year, but felt held back by some health problems. In the end the soul calling got stronger and the health problems got weaker and so I decided to go though with it, book the workshop, find a cottage and go.

As the workshop was coming closer, my mind started babbling and fretting once more. What if I would not be able to do the entire weekend? What if my body got sick? What if.

Knowing the Law of Attraction I was well aware this was not the best course of action where the thinking mind is concerned. And so I asked the angels for some signs to help me have confidence.

Well did they deliver!

Upon driving through a little town close to Defford called Pershore we saw a hotel called The Angel Hotel and the Angel Inn.

Closer to Defford I looked out of the car window and saw a beautiful angel statue in a graveyard. Next we reached our destination, The Coach House Barn in Defford; a lovely self catering cottage that used to be an old coach house and has been done up excellentely with exposed beams and character 

 

whilst also giving you all the modern amenities you want. During our tour through the property up the stairs three lovely angel pictures stared me in the face.

And if that was not enough I saw angel cake in the supermarket (we don’t have that in the Netherlands) and on a rainy trip to Worcester we saw a sign with “angel place market“, a huge angel statue outside of and lots of angels in the Cathedral.   

 

 

 

 

We all have angels with us. Every day! For those of you that would love to receive angel signs, angels have many ways of communicating with us. They may send us hunches. You may receive these through thoughts, feelings, visions and words. You may receive answers to your questions through other people, books falling of shelves.

Typical angel signs include finding white feathers or shining coins. These both can indicate the angels are near. Also you may want to pay attention to angel numbers. Angels love sending repeated numbers, such as on number plates, clocks, telephone numbers and such. Doreen Virtue has written a lovely book containing the meaning of different sorts of numbers. I saw many double numbers on licence plates coming to Defford, such as plates with 44, 77, 22 etc.

Open up to the angels. If you feel it may be mere coincidence, you can ask the angels for clear confirmation of the sign you got. They will lovingly oblige.
