Full moon & lunar eclipse meditation, July 2020

On July 5th there is another full moon and this time it is accompanied by a lunar eclipse. This is the third eclipse in a row. Full moons often heighten emotions and that is even more the case during eclipses. This lunar eclipse can enhance your intuitive perceptions. So pay attention to the feelings and images that you may get during this time. They have a message for you! It is also a good time to look at your ‘work’. Are you living your soul purpose? What about your appreciation for yourself? If you have certain dreams, use this moon to release your doubts or your fear of success.

This full moon is called Plant Moon here in the Netherlands and this is about
nature being at its most bountiful. Now is the time to realize our destiny.

Preperation
Take some time to contemplate the last 6 months. What has happened in your life since the beginning of this year? It certainly has been a year like never before with all that has been happening in the world. But amidst all this you still need to live your soul purpose. Every Light worker is needed.

Meditation time
Most readers in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.

Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by bringing your attention to your earth star chakra, beneath your feet. Bring up light from this chakra, to fill your being and your aura.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also use my own sprays by Crystal Angels Essences Especially the one called archangel Michael created a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you to further enhance the wonderful energy field you have created by bringing up light from your earth star chakra.
• Then connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Open yourself up to the energy of the full moon. This is the energy of letting go. So if there are things in your life and personality, you would like to lovingly let go of, you can do so now. Simply give those things to Archangel Zadkiel to be transformed and transmuted by the violet flame.
• Then open up your being to the energy of the sun. Shine the golden light upon all you wish to further develop. Like a flower opening up to the rays of the sun, feel yourself and your life basking in the golden glow.If there are areas you are unsure of, doubts about which directions to take you can now call in the help of the archangels, for example:
  ~Archangel Jeremiel to show you your Divine Blueprint
  ~Archangel Raziel for esoteric knowledge and spiritual understanding
  ~Archangel Rafael for physical healng
  ~Archangel Raguel to heal the relationship with self and others
  Or simply let an appropriate angel come to you.
• Share any doubt or feelings with the angel and listen to their reply. It may come in the form of images, thoughts and feelings. And keep an open mind to angel sings the coming days.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation

Harvest Moon Meditation on September 14

The full moon is just around the corner. As always, the full moon is a good moment to let go of what no longer serves us. What has served its purpose in your life? Let it go and do this with gratitude. It promises to be a very powerful full moon. Dutch Astrologist Manuela van der Knaap (Insights.com) mentions challenging energies around this full moon leading to inner dissatisfaction, a body in renovation, the necessity of healthy foods. In the end this may all help us to give birth of our inner light Being.

I have found myself split between a great inner drive and a call to serve the Light on the one hand, which when we are connected to our 5D-Self is very palpable. On the other hand there are also some interpersonal challenges, a heavy energy, a need for inner and outer peace and more self-care.

Immortality
At the moment it is important to keep the bigger picture in mind. Little things will not influence the course of events. What you harvest today is the seed for the harvest to come.

The full Harvest Moon is around the autumn equinox, making it a celebration of harvest and gratitude. Traditionally towards the end of September as the last harvest was brought the people working the fields made good use of light from the moon.

Gratitude
This is a great moon to focus on all that we are grateful for. Gratitude lifts our thoughts to lighter and more loving heights. In addition, gratitude opens our hearts. It makes us reflect on all the good in our lives. And the wonderful thing is that we thereby attract more good things. That which we focus attention on increases!

Archangelic Triangle of Gratitude
I learned about working with a triangle of archangels from a Life Path Reading by Denise Whichello and it is a wonderful way to work with angelic energy. For this meditation we can use the following three archangels for creating an attitude of gratitude:
1. Archangel Jophiel to help us elevate our thoughts (and focusing on what is good and beautiful in our lives)
2. Archangel Chamuel to help us open our hearts
3. Archangel Sandalphon to deliver our prayers to the Creator / Source / Father Mother God (and in this case our gratitude).

The archangels are usually seen or felt as radiating a particular color, though this is sometimes perceived differently by different people.
Jophiel is usually associated with the color yellow and Chamuel with pink. Opinions differ greatly on the color of Sandalphon: according to some sources he emanates orange-brown, according to others black and white, according to Hazel Raven he exudes rainbow colors and Doreen Virtue perceives him as turquoise. You can choose any color that resonates within you. For me this is a very soft turquoise.
During meditation we visualize the archangels in a triangle around us while we ask them to envelop us with their special colors.

Preparation: your meditation space or altar
When you meditate in front of an altar, you can incorporate some objects to represent the full moon, like a round bowl of water or a moonstone. You can also display an image of the angels Chamuel, Jophiel and Sandalphon. You may find some flowers or stones to represent the angel’s colors such as citrine, rose quartz and turquoise.

Time of the meditation
In the Netherlands we will meditate at 8 pm on September the 12th. You can tune in at the same time as we are or pick 8 pm in your timezone and have the intention to join in with the network of Light that is formed between us all. After all, spiritual energy moves outside of time and space to connect us all.

Meditation

• You may light a candle and light it with the intention of bringing more Light to the planet. You can also burn incense, or some aomatherapy oils. Sit down and relax.
• Start by energetically cleansing your room. I always do this by calling in a pillar of light, a platinum net through the room and building and by bringin in the ascension flame. Also, I always use the aura spray of Archangel Michael by Crystal Angel Essences (you can find them on http://www.angelsco.nl)
• Put your feet firmly on earth to ground yourself, before you make contact with the silver light of the moon. Connect your earth star chakra and fill yourself up with its light. This helps you center in your soul light and forms a natural protection for your energy. You can also ask Archangel Michael to protect you with his deep blue cloak of protection.
• Imagine that you connect with all Lightworkers in order to create a network of light around the earth.
• Now imagine that you are in a temple of light is in the higher dimension. On the floor before you is a golden triangle with a circle in the middle. You step into this circle. Before you the triangle is bathed in radiant pink as Archangel Chamuel appears before you to open your heart. Feel your heart open like a delicate flower as it is filled with the loving, pink light of Chamuel.
• You turn left and are embraced by yellow light. It is the Light of Archangel Jophiel. Jophiel will help you to focus your mind on gratitude. He gives you a large, golden bowl in which you can put everything you are grateful for.
• In the last corner of the triangle appears Archangel Sandalphon who enfolds you in his beautiful, soft turquoise light. You give your gratitude bowl to Archangel Sandalphon who will carry it to Source. Know that your thoughts of gratitude not only bring forth a wonderful, loving vibration to yourself and the earth, it also helps you open up to more things to be thankful for. That which you focus your attention in increases.
• When finished, bring your awareness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet and take some refreshing deep breaths. As you breathe out the candle let go of the meditation.

Supermoon meditation with the archangels on August 29, 2015

This next full moon is the first of three super moons in 2015. Supermoons are perceived as closer to the earth, making the full moon energy extra powerful. This can lead to disturbed sleep patterns, increased sensitivity and intuition as well as more emotional ups and downs. As such a good time for self care!

This moon is all about the wisdom of your soul speaking to you and helping you realize what it is that is holding you back from living your true soul purpose. You can use this time to open up your heart to the whispering of your soul.

In this meditation the archangels will help us with this theme.

In preperation of the meditatiën I have asked the angels for a message:

“Beloved Lightworkers, this is such a great time of change, the time to connect to your inner knowing, that deep part of you that is connected to your soul. Your soul in turn is connected to the Source of all there is. As such the soul brings in great wisdom from that very Source into your being. innerlijke ween zo stroomt er wijsheid je energetische aderen in…

The symboliek Lightning of this full moon enlightens the old stagnant pools of energy that are ready to be let go of. Like thunder clears the sky, this is a time of energetic purification.

Therefor, look upon those things that need clearing in your life. In what areas are you swimming upstream? Is it possibly to turn another direction? Or accept or let go?
Let go of all that no longer resonates with your heart. It is time.

Please remember you are so much more than you think. You have so much more to give than you allow. Let us take away your fears and let the reflective light of the moon bring in the light of your soul. Welcome it and it will shine from deep within you like a bright supermoon.”

• Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also use my own sprays by Crystal Angels Essences Especially the one called Archangel Michael created a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time. You can use the essence of Archangel Zadkiel to clear your space with the violet flame, or simply invoke him to do so.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
  Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
  And open yourself up to the energy of the full moon.
• Now breath into your heart and see, feel and imagine your heart is a temple of light. Enter the temple.
• Before you is archangel Jeremiel, the angel of the life review. Take your time to connect to this wonderful archangel and discuss the plan of your soul for this life with him. Are you on track? Are there things you need or want to change? Archangel Jeremiel lovingly assists you in getting more clarity.
• Next, archangel Zadkiel appears before you. He holds a golden bowl filled with the Golden, Silver, Violet Flame of Transmutation. You place all that is holding you back energetically, within this bowl.
• Lastly archangel Michael joins in. If you allow him to, he will now cut away any fears that are holding you back with his sword of light and truth. He will give you he self-confidence to make any necessary changes.
• A bed of crystal stand in your temple and the archangels motion for you to recline on it. They stand around you. If you so wish you may now invite your soul to fuse with you, to melt into you. See it coming towards you, a magnificent energy of light. Feel it merge with you.
• When this process is complete, you can set the intention to live from your heart and your soul from this day forward.
• Then slowly, bring yourself back to fully awaked consciousness. Take a few breaths and ground yourself. Then stretch your body and open your eyes.

Full Moon Meditation October 19th 2013: lunar eclipse and Hunter’s Moon

Hunter’s moon – transformation

Another full moon is here. And it comes with a lunar eclipse as well. You may have felt the build up to this eclipse by feeling restless and in an emotional roller coaster. You may feel divine discontent. This is the setting of the stage for this eclipse as it wants you to look at your life and especially your dreams. Are you living your Divine Blueprint? now is the time to look carefully at what it is you wish to create. This may confront you with your doubts and fears and those things that hold you back from living your life fully. By opening your mind and heart you will find the right answers and this moon meditation will help you transform and transmute all that is holding you back in living your dream and stepping into your power as a Light worker or Earth Angel.

This full moon is called the Hunter’s Moon and the energy of this moon helps us to work on transforming those things that no longer serve our greatest good.

To do this, we can use a beautiful spiritual tool: the Golden, Silver, Violet Flame. The Violet Flame is said to be a spiritual tool, dating back to the times of Atlantis. It has been withdrawn from general knowledge after misuse of power. Since the beginning of the 20th century St. Germain has brought it back to the earth to a select few. After the Harmonic Convergence in the 80’s it was decided to bring this tool out into the open. The Flame has evolved with the changing vibrations on Earth. In 1998 the Silver Ray of Grace and Harmony merged with the Violet Flame of Transmutation.  When this is invoked, negative energy is replaced with something beautiful of a higher frequency. And now the fifth dimensional Gold Ray has merged with the Silver Violet Flame, adding wisdom, angelic love and protection to the qualities of transmutation and harmony – a truly mighty combination that raises your consciousness to the fifth dimension and holds it there.
Using the Golden, Silver, Violet Flame can work as a spiritual super cleansing. Things you want to let go of, can be transmuted.

Preparing for the meditation

Before going into meditation, take 15 minutes to make a list of all the things that no longer serve you. You may want to change certain ways of thinking and behaving, relationship or work issues. Write these down and bring them to your meditation.

Find a peaceful place where you can meditate without being disturbed.
If possible you may want to meditate in the fresh air out in nature, as to be closer to the full moon. An undisturbed place inside can be equally beneficial.

An altar can help you find the right focus for your meditation.
You could put some symbols on the alter this month to represent transformation and the violet flame. You could for instance put amethyst on it, violet or purple candles and flowers or a picture of St. Germain and Archangel Zadkiel.  Whichever feels right to you. I am now creating ceramic Angel Altars. They will feature on this blog in a month or so and will also be in the next angel newsletter.

The meditation

You are welcome to connect to me and all the other Light workers who are meditation on the full moon at 7 p.m. UK time. 
Though far away, we can all connect through the field of unity. You may find this strongly facilitates your meditation. If you cannot make it at 7 p.m. you may sit down another time with the intention of connecting.

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
• Sit quietly.
• You may start by clearing and dedicating the space. You can do this in any way feels right to you. I usually call in the ascension column and pillar of light, the Platinum Net and the Ascension Flame.
• Always make sure your are protected. you can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you or put his deep, blue cloak of protection around you. I always use the Archangel Michael Spray from Crystal Angel Essences (which can be ordered by emailing me).
• Connect to the earth and ground yourself. Then close your eyes.
• Connect to all the other Light Workers and imagine us all forming  lovely network of light all around Mother Earth. Now see before you a path of Light. On this path of Light are ten portals. As you walk your path of Light into higher Dimensions you pass underneath these ten portals. Each one has two angels guarding it and they are here to help you on your path. Feel your vibration heightening as you walk through each portal. When you have passed all of them you standing front of a temple of Light in the Higher Dimensions. You step into this violet temple. Before you a magnificent violet fire is burning brightly. Silver and golden flames dance through the violet fire. Archangel Zadkiel stands behind the fire and asks you to put anything that is holding you back and that no longer serves you into the fire.  The fire will not only transform it, but will transmute it, bringing something better in its place.
• When you are done with this personal process you may send the violet light to any area in the world that could use transformation. Send it with your love and compassion.
• When you are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.

Angel signs and leylines in Bury St. Edmunds

How lovely to be on holiday in the UK again. It has been a few years since we had a summer holiday here and how lucky we are to have such splendid weather.

We spent our first day in Bury St. Edmunds, a lovely historic town in which the St. Michael and Mary leylines cross.

We arrived early in the morning as we had travelled by night ferry from Hoek van Holland to Harwich. As an angel person I thought it was great fun to park the car on Angel Hill car park. We were staying in the Angel hotel, how cool is that? And our room overlooked Angel Lane. Around the corner was a little shop to buy cards and newspapers called Angel News. It certainly made me grin form ear to ear.

We started the day by visiting the Abbey gardens wit hits beautiful roses wafting their wonderful fragnance in the air. The ruins of the Abbey held a special appeal and I found an angel feather during our walk there. We then visited the church of St. Edmunds, where I photographed a beautifully carved wooden angel. St Mary’s church was next. You could have a competition to see who can spot the most angels. The nave has a magnificent hammer-beam roof. Eleven pairs of angels (a great angel number), attended by lesser angels on the wall plates form a procession of worship. Not to mention all the different angels portrayed on the stain glass windows. On the windows behind the altar you find the four great Archangels: Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel. I loved it!

At night, after a lovely diner, we went in search of the energy of the leylines. I have always found it easier to tune into these energies when the surroundings are more quiet and peaceful. I was not disappointed! The leylines of Michael & Mary form a near straight line from St. Michaels Mount in Cornwall to Bury. On the line are wonderful sacred sites, such as the well known Glastonbury Tor and Avebury. Other interesting sacred sites are The Hurlers and Brentor to name a few. And it lands in the Netherlands where the Michael line can be felt at the Mary Chapel in Keins, Schagen. Many churches built on the lines have been dedicated to Michael and Maria. In Bury St Edmunds the Mary Line moves through Abbeygate St & Abbeygate. The Michael Line runs through Churchgate Street, and then moves through the Norman Arch to finally intersect with the Mary Line at the crypt of the abbey.

We took a walk to the Norman Arch and from there walked towards the abbey ruins. I felt naturally drawn to a certain section of it, which turned out to be the crypt I had been looking for. I sat down to meditate and connect to the energies of the ley lines. Soon personal information regarding my spiritual path came in. I felt a joilt of energy move up my leg and was asked to send this energy to those in need.

Light work and can be that easy…grounding well, opening your heart with a pure intention to receive for the good of self and all and then simply open up, after which you share the beautiful energies you receive with others. You can try it yourself!

Full Moon Meditaton June 23, 2013: Honey Moon

The June full moon was called the Mead or Honey moon. The name derives from the hives being full of honey at this time of the year. The honey would have been fermented and made into mead. Traditionally, a honey drink was taken after wedding ceremonies held on the Summer Solstice. This is the derivation of ‘honeymoon’.

Yesterday, the 21st of June, was Midsummer. During this time the Sun is at its highest point. Midsummer is a time to celebrate and ask for Prosperity, Fertility, and a bountiful harvest. The Universe is eager to grant wishes at Midsummer, so it is an excellent time for manifestation. Though little was to be seen of this moon here in the Netherlands as the skies were cloudy and it rained all day, the energy of the Cosmic Sun could be felt in our hearts and energy systems.

My friend Sabine and I came together to create two new Crystal Angel Essences: Archangel Raziel and Archangel Raguel. The first brought a sun initiation. We were reminded the sun is connected to the Great Central Sun and its light represents the Light behind all creation. We too are beings of Light!

• Open yourself up to the energy of the full moon. This is the energy of letting go. So if there are things in your life and personality, you would like to lovingly let go of, you can do so now. Simply give those things to Archangel Zadkiel to be transformed and transmuted by the violet flame.
• Then open up your being to the energy of the sun. Shine the golden light upon all you wish to further develop. Like a flower opening up to the rays of the sun, feel yourself and your life basking in the golden glow.If there are areas you are unsure of, doubts about which directions to take you can now call in the help of the archangels, for example:
  ~Archangel Jeremiel to show you your Divine Blueprint
  ~Archangel Raziel for esoteric knowledge and spiritual understanding
  ~Archangel Rafael for physical healng
  ~Archangel Raguel to heal the relationship with self and others
  Or simply let an appropriate angel come to you.
• Share any doubt or feelings with the angel and listen to their reply. It may come in the form of images, thoughts and feelings. And keep an open mind to angel sings the coming days.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation

Summer solstice meditation with Archangel Raziël.

Happy solstice tomorrow! Last year I spent it in France where I meditated just after sunrize and received this uplifting and encouraging message from Archangel Michael who confirms it is still very well suited for this time.

“It is time for you to step into your real power. The time of hiding has passed.

Now is the time for each Lightworker to follow his or her destiny: to work with the Light and to be guided by the Light. To go within thier Higher Self’s flow and to sing their unique song.

One can only do so by being present in each moment and by keeping a clear connection to their Higher Self and through it to Father-Mother God.

Please now sit to receive the incoming solar energies to help you align to your Higher Self and Higher Purpose.

It is done.

I am Archangel Michael and with your permission I overlight you at this time.”

It was very fitting for Michael to come through as this great Archangel’s planet is the sun.

This year me and my friend Sabine will spend the solstice together to make two new Crystal Angel Essences. We were directed to create the Archangel Raziel who brings esotheric knowledge, insights in the mysteries but also solar initation. What better day to work with him than the summer solstice, when the longest day is upon us? We will also be making the Archangel Raguel essence, which is so helpful in these times as many are being challenged in their relationship with others (as well as themselves).

If you would like to join in with us and other lightworkers to meditate this solstice, either take time at sunrise or our regular time (8 pm Central European time) or any conventient time simply by stating the intention you join us and the energy field created during the group meditation.

  Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. Especially the one called archangel Michael creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
  Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Now imagine opening up to the rays of the sun and letting them fill your heart. Imagine your heart filled with solar light and send it from your heart to all those that need it and to all situations in your life that need some light.
• Then connect to Archangel Raziël. Ask the angel to show you your Solar Self, the Higher Aspect of your being. Give him permission to bring in more of your soul energy and take time to integrate this energy into your being.
• Thank the angel.
• Then bring yourself back to full awakened consciousness and write down any insights you have received.

Full Moon Meditation January 27, 2013: Ice Moon

Like last year, whilst writing this moon meditation around the ice moon it is very cold outside. The world is a white wonderland and this brings with it a certain magic. It reminds us of the Purity of our True Soul Essence. At the same time all this white around us acts like the surface of a mirror and it reflecting any impurities within ourselves and our lives. The incoming high energies bring to the fore all that no longer serves us and things we need to let go off, such as old emotional pain and difficult memories. The Ice Moon is a good time to reflect; to go deeply within ourselves. Whilst nature is full of outer stillness, the trees and plants that seem asleep still are active in their deep roots in the earth. Likewise we need to go within. We cannot seed our dreams on frozen ground, we need to dig deep to reach fertile grounds at this time.
This Ice Moon falls a few days before the Celtic festival of Imbolc and calls on us to answer the Call and remember our Lineage of Light. Though the Earth still seems to be asleep, it is slowly awakening, Not just to springtime, but to the fifth dimension and the new energies coming in. As the New Earth is born, so a new you is born. The you that is a multidimensional being connect to the Earth, the stars and the Cosmos.

Many feel homesick and want to return to source. This feeling can be lessened by reconnecting to Earth, self and Cosmos. This will lead to a remembrance of being old souls, healers, priestesses and light workers. Imbolc is the time to remember the energy of a new birth.

As such this meditation will focus on connecting to the new frequency of the Earth and our lineage of Light. Your guardian angel will guide you during the meditation. Archangel Metatron will help you connect to the new Earth Frequencies, whilst the Galactic Masters will reconnect you to the stars and the Cosmos.

The meditation
We, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.

Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.

Especially the one called archangel Michael creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time. You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Deep Blue Cloak of protection around you.

Connect to all the other Light Workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.

Now feel your guardian angel standing behind you and wrapping his loving wings of light around you and your energy field. Breathe in the energy of your guardian angel and feel it opening your heart.

As you sit safely within your guardian angel’s embrace, it is time to connect to Earth. Place your attention wherever your body is connected to the surface below you, knowing the Earth is carrying and supporting you. Perhaps you can feel her heart beat. Open yourself to the unique vibration of this beautiful being called Earth or Lady Gaia, your home in this lifetime. As you connect to her, send her your love and deep gratitude. Give your body permission to attune to the Higher Frequencies now available on Earth.

Archangel Metatron joins you and your guardian angel to download the new frequencies of light in your being and in your aura. Energy patterns of light whirl around you in different shapes and colours a your body is softly raised to functioning in the fifth dimension.

As you now vibrate in unity with mother Earth and her highest Divine Blueprint, you are ready to attune to the Cosmos next. We are all made of stardust and many have had multiple lives on other stars and star systems. Galactic Masters of Light help you vibrate in line with the cosmos. As such you form a unique symphony together with Earth and the Cosmos: your very own soul song.

Know you descended from light (as you will ascend to Light). Now is the time to connect to your lineage of Light. Please allow your guaridan angel to help you remember this lineage by giving him or her permission to do so.

This powerful meditation will work through and past Imbolc, helping you to celebrate the light and embrace it.

You can share this Light by sending it to others now.

Moon of the longest night – cleansing & purification

This Friday is the last full moon of 2012 and I welcome you to spend some time in meditation on that day with me and other Lightworkers.

Since this very special Yule / Winter Solstice the turnaround has taken place. The days grow longer and the constructive forces of nature are gradually strengthening over time. The light of the full moon at this time provides a glimpse of the sunlight returning in nature. This moon is a harbinger of the coming spring and summer.

This Moon’s theme are cleansing and new beginnings. You may experience an increase in emotions, and perhaps past grief and hurts are to be released now.

This moon is again a perfect time straighten things out. What a great time to let go of all you wish to leave behind in 2012. If there are things left that need to be released, this full moon is a good time. This will make room for new things in the new cycle that is coming your way. Some things need to change before you can begin something new. The cleansing effect of the energy of this moon will help you in the process.

The moon meditation

Here in the Netherlands we are meditating at 8 pm. You can join me and the other Lightworkers participating by connecting to meditate at the same time, or at 8 pm in your time zone. If you cannot make this time, feel free to choose a time that is convenient and simply hold the intention to connect to us. This will amplify the meditation.

The preparation

You may prepare the meditation by writing what you want to let go of.

Meditation

You may light one or more candles before you begin. You can also burn an incense stick, or some aromatherapy oil.

Sit down and relax.

Start by cleansing your room. I always do this by placing a pillar of light, a platinum grid through the room and by inviting the ascension flame. Also, I always use the Archangel Michael spray of Crystal Angel Essences (you can order this from me).

Place your feet firmly on the earth to ground yourself before you make contact with the silver light of the moon. Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.

Ask Archangel Michael to protect you with his deep blue cloak of protection.

Connect with all Lightworkers so that we may form a network of light around the earth. You can hold a special intention for the planet, such as peace, healing and / or love.

Now imagine that you are in a temple of light in the higher dimensions. The temple is a pyramid of light and is filled with a healing landscape. You walk through this landscape. There is a creek, where you can release your list of things that no longer serve you. The words will simply dissolve and the paper will perish.

You walk ahead and there are special animals that accompany you and remind you that you are part of nature and the larger whole. Before you appears a beautiful waterfall. This waterfall sparkles of light and rainbows shine through it. A great angel stands beside the waterfall. This is the Angel of Purification and you are invited to stand under the waterfall. Feel the light and rainbows flowing over you like warn water. Everything that you no longer need is washed away. All impurities, heavy emotions and pains are easily rinsed from your being.

If you feel that this is done, you leave the magical rainbow waterfall. The Angel hands you a robe of light for you to wear. The Angel encourages you to keep your mind and thoughts pure and to return whenever you feel you need it.

When you’re done, bring your awareness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch out and feel your body being connected to the ground. When you’re done, blow out the candle and let go of the meditation.

You may use the time after the cleansing meditation to make an angel vision board with your dreams, wishes and intentions for the year to come. You will find some inspiration about this on my youtube channel.
