Full supermoon meditation April 27, 2021

Tomorrow’s full moon is the first super moon in a series of three. A super moon is closer to the Earth and therefore looks larger than normal. As such it’s energy can also be more strongly felt. This full moon is the full moon of Awakening. I find it is a much needed energy for us all at these pivotal times on the planet.

This full Super Moon in Scorpio holds up many mirrors to us, reflecting back important lessons. This in turn enables new growth and awareness, especially around the choice between living in fear or in trust. It can be an intensive period in which this full Super Moon is a good start to take ownership of our true Cosmic identity, with love as the basis. This is a very big step in our spiritual development.

Sensitive times of change

These are traditionally times of transformation and breakthroughs. But this year we are still being confronted with a pandemic and all the suffering as well as measures that go with it You may be feeling extra emotional right now, and sensitivity may be enhanced. As such it is an important time to listen to your emotions, acknowledge them and be gentle with yourself and others. All in all it is a time that brings change. 

Beltane seeds

The Moon of Awakening is usually around Beltane and this moon’s name refers to the awakening of nature in spring. This is a great time for planting seeds. As you do so, you may have the intention that the seeds you are planting represent certain things in your life you wish to manifest or renew. The full moon then helps to let go of everything that hinders the growth of your dreams, intentions and goals. As such you may choose what metaphorical seeds to water and what weeds to get rid of. 

Like last year we will work with the energy of Archangel Metatron during this meditation.

Archangel Metatron

Metatron is one of the two archangels that are said to have lived human lives as a prophet, before they were rewarded with ascension to the realm of the Archangels. He is often depicted as a writer and he is sometimes called the Heavenly Scribe who oversees the Akashic Records. Here are all of our lives and deeds are recorded.

Metatron is the guardian of the threshold between the world of forms and the formless. It is said that he holds the highest vibration of all the archangels. Nevertheless, his energy is delicate, soft, illuminating and it is pure universal love. Metatron is the beginning and the end. His energy opens the gates of consciousness and dimensions. He gives us knowledge, insight and clarity. Metatron lets us see what is holding us back and shows us the various ways forward.
His energy brings silence, contentment, happiness and unity.

Metatron’s Cube: the Merkaba

Metatron is associated with the Merkabah, the celestial chariot of God. The vehicle of the Merkaba is now seen as the highest form of sacred geometry.
This 6000 year old pattern with nineteen overlapping circles and equilateral triangles are intertwined and together form a perfect geometric shape. This image was called “Merkaba” in Egypt. Mer stands for light or energy, and Ka Ba for body and soul. This symbolized the Merkaba energy field that surrounds the human body. Through the centuries, philosophers, artists and architects have always seen the Merkaba, also known as the Flower of Life, as a symbol of perfection and harmony. It is therefore known as the ultimate symbol of sacred geometry in which the fundamental forms of space and time are stored.
Archangel Metatron uses the Merkaba (also known as Matatrons Cube) for healing and the cleansing of lower energies. The cube rotates clockwise and its spinning movement pushes away negative energy.

Meditation time

We, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.

Preparation

You might want to prepare for meditation by planting seeds that symbolize things in your life that you want to give shape. In addition, you can take the time to observe the Merkaba / Metatron’s Cube and memorize it.

Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by birnigin your attention to your earth star chakra, which is about 20-30 centimeters underneath your feet.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. Especially the one called archangel Michael creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
  Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
• Now imagine that you travel to Archangel Metatrons Temple in higher dimensions. This temple shines deep hues of pink and dark green. It is an extraordinary building like nothing on earth and it consists of sacred geometric shapes. You reach the temple by a walkway and the temple seems to open automatically for you.
• In the middle of the temple Archangel Metatron is awaiting you. His arms are stretched above him and in the space between it rotates Metatron’s cube. You feel your eyes drawn to the delicate and intricate shape of the Cube.
• Metatron asks you what seeds you wish to plant in your life. He asks you to think carefully to make sure your wishes reflect your soul and not your ego. When it feels right, release the seeds to the angel. Then to see how the seeds are placed in the rotating cube and see them taking shape as symbolic plants or trees. They are gorgeous and fabulous and you watch them spring to life in awe. Angels enter the temple to bring the plants or trees outside where they will plant them into temple grounds. This way your seeds will always be rooted in the Light. you may also send out seeds with wishes for the healing of mankind and the world at large.
• Metatron now asks you if you want to receive healing in order for you to experience a spiritual rebirth. If you want this, then see how the Archangel places his cube around your body. Feel how its spins clockwise. Any lower or dark energy in your body or energy field is expelled by the spinning of the cube. Feel your energy increasing. You feel lighter and lighter.
• When your energy is healed and cleansed, the rotation gradually decreases and Matatron withdraws the cube. He says: “Feel the healing in your being. Your energy is lifted and cleared. This will help you to realign to your Higher Self. If you let yourself be guided by your Higher Self, it will be so much easier to live your Divine Blueprint. You are always welcome to return to me for further healing and spiritual growth.”
• You thank the angel and say goodbye to him. You leave the temple via the bridge to return to where you started this journey.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
• Please make sure you ground extra well as Metatron’s Cube holds a very high frequency. You may also drink lots of clear water in the coming days, to aid the cleansing process.

Meditation with Archangel Metatron for the supermoon on May 7, 2020

These are traditionally times of transformation and breakthroughs. But this year one cannot help but feel everything is changing. As we are confronted with a world wide virus and all the suffering as well as measures that go with it, you may be feeling extra emotional right now, and sensitivity may be enhanced. As such it is an important time to listen to your emotions, acknowledge them and be gentle with yourself and others. All in all it is a time that brings change. Especially relationships, and not just the romantic kind, will be in the limelight of this change. The transformational energy may help you see some relationships have served their soul purpose, yet other ones may actually expand and grow. The one thing that runs through it all though, is to let go of all that is withholding you from shining your inner light. These times with ‘social distancing’ call for deeper connections, connections from soul to soul. May we connect through meditating together and bring in positivity as we do so.

Hello my lovely,

I hope you and your loved ones are doing ok in these turbulent times. I hope you have meditated for the New Earth this past weekend. The Council of Light told me that yes, a critical mass was reached, but no, the work is not done. Each and everyone of us are called to stay grounded in our Light, walk our highest path and raise our vibration to help anchor the New Energies for the planet. Not an easy thing to do with so much suffering and fear in the collective.

During the night the moon will be at its fullest and it will be a super moon, radiant and close to the earth. This is known as the spring moon here in the Netherlands and its theme is protection. In particular the protection of the seeds/intentions you have planted in the past full moon. I would say we can take this a step further and protection of our Light is a beautiful focus in these challenging times. What archangel can help us better with this than beloved Archangel Michael?

Let us focus this mediation on protecting the Light within us all. Let this protection be about our physical safety as well as the vibration of Love. For where there is Love and Light, there is no room for conflict.

When?
I will be meditating at 8 pm standard European time on the 8th of April and so will many other light workers. You can join in at the same time with the intention of joining our intention together. If you cannot make it at this time, do so whenever you can and still connect to the field of consciousness and light created by all light workers during this full moon meditation.

The meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
  Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. You can add the Crystal Angel Essence Archangel Michael to create a high vibration and call in protection at the same time.
• Fill yourself and your aura with the Light from your earth star chakra. This is your endless reservoir of Light. By filling your aura with it, you are protected form the inside out. It helps you stay entered in your own Light.
• Place your feet firmly on the ground beneath you to ground yourself. Connect to your earth star chakra as you ground into the crystalline grid around the Earth and the very core of the Earth. As you draw in the energy of Mother Earth, at the same time open up to the silver energy of the moon.
• Connect to all the other Light workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet. You may imagine drawing in Cosmic Golden Light through your Crown chakra into your heart and sending it from your heart to me and all other light workers participating. When we all do this we form a powerful network of Light that helps heal the earth. When you are done, imagine us all simultaneously sending the energy to areas of turmoil to bring Light, Love, Freedom and Healing.
• Now as you feel connected to all the other light workers and to the energy of the full moon, let its power flow to you and through you to help you let go of all that no longer serves you. Let go of fear and other negative emotions. You can ask archangel Zadkiel to transmute them as well as lower energies that are causing conflict on earth. Let go of all that does not resonate with Love and Light.
• Now, imagine traveling to the astral temple of archangel Michael. See yourself walking up a huge spiral staircase of luminescent light and move higher and higher till you reach a gate made of lapis lazuli. enter the gate. Before you in the light worlds is a beautiful temple that radiates Michael’s purest blue energy. Walk towards it and enter the temple. You may sit on a crystal throne, which will help you to activate your truest vibration of Light and Love.
• Archangel Michael arrives and you give him permission to cut away anything that is keeping you connected to fear and other fearful emotions, anything that does not serve your highest path.
• He then brings down a column of Light to flow through your energy field. All that resonates with fear dissolves in the light. From this state of light, you can send loving energy and light through your heart to places on earth that need it.
• Love and light are endless and they simply dissolve the darkness. Michael asks you to shine your light every day in all you do, think and say.
• You happily agree. You then thank him and return to your consciousness to where you started this meditation.
• Make sure to ground and then let go of the meditation.

Super moon meditation on March 9

I am rather late, but…still on time to share these meditation with you. Today it is full moon in Virgo, Mercury is on the brink of going direct (jay) and it is a super moon to top it all off. Thus, a lovely time to meditate. Feel free to join in the meditation tonight.

Virgo

Todays full mon is in Virgo. Virgo is an Earth sign that helps you process all your life’s lessons, and let go of what’s no longer benefitting your well-being.

Virgo helps you to focus on health, your service to the world, and your daily habits. So it is a great time to let go of anything that is blocking you in these areas. By doing so you can say yes to your inner Light. That way it can shine through more brightly. Please be aware your Light is greatly needed on Earth. It is unique and the better you take care of yourself, the more you can shine your Light!

Supermoon

A supermoon appears to be much bigger, seemingly closer to earth. As such its energies van also be felt more strongly. We are asked to be true to ourselves as we connect to others and to live from unconditional love, allowing each and every one to be who they truly are…including yourself.

I always feel the snow moon is magical as it is all about the new seeds yet to germinate. 

Since the heaviest snow usually falls during this month, native tribes of the north and east most often called the full Moon around this time of year the Full Snow Moon. Some tribes also referred to this Moon as the Full Hunger Moon, since harsh weather conditions in their areas made hunting very difficult.

The Snow Moon falls between Imbolc and Ostara. Between sowing (Imbolc) and germination (Ostara) is the moment where we wait to see if something will be viable. Not every seed that reaches the earth, will germinate. Likewise not all ideas that come to mind are achievable. Sometimes it is necessary to handy to let go of something before something new can avail.

And as such this moon is a great time to look at our plans and ideas and make choices
about what we want to do, want to postpone and want to leave behind. This moon shows us the harshness of nature and the importance of using our energy wisely. Therefore it is better not to spend energy on plans that are not feasible. Give your energy to those things you know are achievable and in line with your Soul’s Purpose (as meditated upon on the previous Full Moon). Make a list for yourself of all things that are currently superfluous. This can give a great sense of relief.

Let us ask archangel Uriel to shine his light on what seeds to plant this year!

Archangel Uriel is one of the seven Archangels that stand at the throne of the Creator and one of the four major Archangels that serve humanity.

I also the aura sprays I have developed with my collegue Sabine called Crystal Angel Essences. Especially the Archangel Michael Essence creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
  You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
• Connect to all the other Light workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet. You may imagine drawing in Cosmic Golden Light through your Crown chakra into your heart and sending it from your heart to me and all other light workers participating. When we all do this we form a powerful network of Light that helps heal the earth. When you are done, imagine us all simultaneously sending the energy to areas of conflict and the refugees to bring Light, Love, Freedom and Healing. You may want to then send it to other areas and people you feel need it at this time.
• Now imagine travelling through a moonlit snow landscape. The snow sparkles and glistens in the soft glow of the moon. The air is crisp and fresh and you inhale it deeply. You feel the soft snow underneath your feet and heal its soft cracking sound. You carry a beautiful pouch with you, inlaid with moonstones. You know this pouch holds all your ideas and plans for the coming year.
• You soon reach a crystal cave that lights up from within. At the entrance you see a radiant Angel that radiates a pure, ruby red and golden energy. You intuitively know this is the Archangel Uriel. Uriel awaits you and motions you to come in. He tells you the entrance to this cave is a portal to the fifth or higher Dimensions and will bring you to that Dimension that currently suits your Soul best. You feel a shift in energy as you enter a hall that shimmers with light.
• Archangel Uriel guides you to a crystal table. He motions you to empty your pouch on the table. These seeds are all your ideas and plans. As they touch the table some shrivel and others light up like pretty gemstones. Look at them carefully and let the seeds tell you their tale. Realize which ones are viable and not. Look at them one by one. Which seed, which idea looks most radiant? This is the seed that you can start to plant in your life now.
• Uriel blesses it and the other gemstones. You are asked to then pick up the gemstones and put them in your magical pouch, but to leave behind the shriveled seeds.
• Uriel gathers these and throws them in a golden fire so that the possible energy of the energy can be reused. He invites you to give any outmoded beliefs and worries to the flames as well.
• You may ask Uriel to help you with your new ideas and projects. He may give you insights to take with you.
• You thank the Archangel. He tells you that you are always welcome to return to him with any questions. He gladly helps you realign your thought processes to Higher Truth.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
• You may want to write down the insights your received or the plans you feel need your full attention.

• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also the aura sprays I have developed with my collegue Sabine called Crystal Angel Essences. Especially the Archangel Michael Essence creates a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time.
  You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
• Connect to all the other Light workers so we may form a network of Light around the planet. You may imagine drawing in Cosmic Golden Light through your Crown chakra into your heart and sending it from your heart to me and all other light workers participating. When we all do this we form a powerful network of Light that helps heal the earth. When you are done, imagine us all simultaneously sending the energy to areas of conflict and the refugees to bring Light, Love, Freedom and Healing. You may want to then send it to other areas and people you feel need it at this time.
• Now imagine travelling through a moonlit snow landscape. The snow sparkles and glistens in the soft glow of the moon. The air is crisp and fresh and you inhale it deeply. You feel the soft snow underneath your feet and heal its soft cracking sound. You carry a beautiful pouch with you, inlaid with moonstones. You know this pouch holds all your ideas and plans for the coming year.
• You soon reach a crystal cave that lights up from within. At the entrance you see a radiant Angel that radiates a pure, ruby red and golden energy. You intuitively know this is the Archangel Uriel. Uriel awaits you and motions you to come in. He tells you the entrance to this cave is a portal to the fifth or higher Dimensions and will bring you to that Dimension that currently suits your Soul best. You feel a shift in energy as you enter a hall that shimmers with light.
• Archangel Uriel guides you to a crystal table. He motions you to empty your pouch on the table. These seeds are all your ideas and plans. As they touch the table some shrivel and others light up like pretty gemstones. Look at them carefully and let the seeds tell you their tale. Realize which ones are viable and not. Look at them one by one. Which seed, which idea looks most radiant? This is the seed that you can start to plant in your life now.
• Uriel blesses it and the other gemstones. You are asked to then pick up the gemstones and put them in your magical pouch, but to leave behind the shriveled seeds.
• Uriel gathers these and throws them in a golden fire so that the possible energy of the energy can be reused. He invites you to give any outmoded beliefs and worries to the flames as well.
• You may ask Uriel to help you with your new ideas and projects. He may give you insights to take with you.
• You thank the Archangel. He tells you that you are always welcome to return to him with any questions. He gladly helps you realign your thought processes to Higher Truth.
• When you feel that are ready, bring your consciousness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch and feel your body making contact with the floor beneath you. Then blow out the candles, and let go of this meditation.
• You may want to write down the insights your received or the plans you feel need your full attention.

Full supersoon & eclipse angel meditation for January 21, 2019

How has your start to 2019 been? January certainly brings lots of incoming energies. Not always easy as it can have quite an impact on the body (and in some cases emotions), but at the same time there is already a lot of potently creative energy available to us in this numerological 3-year.

We are starting this year of with a super moon and lunar eclipse on the 20/21st (depending on where you are in the world. Eclipses show us our unconscious emotions. A tie we can use to sort through them and transmute them. The eclipses of 2019 will also bring forward karmic lessons, which in turn can be transmuted. This will all created freedom and new space to create freely.

As such it is extra important to connect to your Soul, your Spirit guide team, to meditate and to rest when needed. Be extra gentle with yourself!

Icemoon

This full moon is called the Ice Moon. The Ice Moon is a good time to reflect; to go deeply within ourselves. Whilst nature is full of outer stillness, the trees and plants that seem asleep still are active in their deep roots in the earth. Likewise we need to go within. We cannot seed our dreams on frozen ground, we need to dig deep to reach fertile grounds at this time.

Archangel Jeremiel

During this meditation we will once again connect with the energy of Archangel Jeremiel. This archangel helps us to have pure spiritual vision and he gives us divine guidance in our life. He can help us find our life purpose and live it fully. Maybe you know your soul purpose already, in which case he can help you to keep in mind this objective clearly. He will help you clarify the next step on your path.

Start of meditation

You can meditate at 7 pm UK time with me and the other Light workers who join in on January 21st. Although we are all in different locations and even time zones, we can still tune in to each other and form a field of consciousness . This will deepen the meditation. If you can not attend at this time, you can also tune in earlier or later.

Meditation

• You can start your meditation by lighting a candle and perhaps some incense.
• Sit down quietly and relax yourself.
• Begin by clearing your space . I always do this by calling in a column of light and asking for the platinum net to be brought down through the room. I also use the aura spray Archangel Michael Crystal Angel Essence. The Jeremiel essence will be a lovely addition to this meditation as well. 
• Put your feet firmly on the ground to ground , before you make contact with the silver light of the moon.
• Sit quietly and ground yourself via your earth star chakra, which is found 20-30cm below your feet.
• The earth star chakra is filled with light and connects you to the crystalline grid around the earth. See this light flow from beneath your feet into your body. Let is fill every cell and then your aura. Feel how this protects you from the inside.
• Connect with the other Light workers who are meditating at the time, so we form a network of light around the earth .
• Now imagine that you are in a Temple of Light in the higher dimensions. In the midst of the temple you encounter the Archangel Jeremiel . This magnificent angel is holding a book; the book of your life . In this book, your life purpose is written down.
• If you have questions about your life mission, you can ask the Archangel about it. Let the visualization unfold. You may see visions of your future, read words about your mission or gain insights. If nothing comes, you can now reinforce the intention that you will clarity in the next few days.
• Jeremiel finally closes the book and puts his hand on your heart and says, ” Your heart is the compass of your soul. Follow it with wisdom. ” The Archangel takes the book and says goodbye to you as you thank him for his help.
• If you want you can now connect with other light workers who have joined this meditation. You enter a room full of loving, pink light where all lightworkers are celebrating their True Self and Soul Purpose. There is laughter and hugging.Together you use this energy of celebration to shower it all over the earth, sending positivity wherever it is needed. Let yourself be guided as to the what and where.
• Now bring your awareness back to the room where you started . Move your hands and feet, and feel your body firmly connected to the Earth.
• When you ‘re done, blow out your candle ( s) and thus let go of the meditation.

Supermoon meditation on January 2, 2018

Moon of the longest night – cleansing & purification

Welkome in 2018. The year has only just begon and we are treated to a supermoon. As such its a great moment to meditate.

2017 was a numerological 1-year with opportunities for renewal and new beginnings. It was not easy for everyone. This year is an 11 / 2 year, which brings the themes of mastery and collaboration with it. A time to come together and work towards more unity.

We start this year with the first full moon after Yule and Winter Solstice and it is called the Moon of the Longest night. The days grow longer and the constructive forces of nature are gradually strengthening over time. The light of the full moon at this time provides a glimpse of the sunlight returning in nature. This moon is a harbinger of the coming spring and summer.

This Moon’s theme are cleansing and new beginnings. You may experience an increase in emotions, and perhaps past grief and hurts are to be released now.

This moon is again a perfect time straighten things out. What a great time to let go of all you wish to leave behind. Many may have already done this during the last full moon and the end of 2017. But if there are things left that need to be released, this full moon is a good time. This will make room for new things in the new cycle that is coming your way. Some things need to change before you can begin something new. The cleansing effect of the energy of this moon will help you in the process.

The moon meditation

Here in the Netherlands we are meditating at 8 pm. You can join me and the other Lightworkers participating by connecting to meditate at the same time, or at 8 pm in your time zone. If you cannot make this time, feel free to choose a time that is convenient and simply hold the intention to connect to us. This will amplify the meditation.

The preparation

You may prepare the meditation by writing what you want to let go of.

Meditation

• You may light one or more candles before you begin. You can also burn an incense stick, or some aromatherapy oil.
• Sit down and relax.
• Start by cleansing your room. I always do this by placing a pillar of light, a platinum grid through the room and by inviting the ascension flame. Also, I always use the Archangel Michael spray of Crystal Angel Essences.
• Place your feet firmly on the earth to ground yourself before you make contact with the silver light of the moon. Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• Ask Archangel Michael to protect you with his deep blue cloak of protection.
• Connect with all Lightworkers so that we may form a network of light around the earth. You can hold a special intention for the planet, such as peace, healing and / or love.
• Now imagine that you are in a temple of light in the higher dimensions. The temple is a pyramid of light and is filled with a healing landscape. You walk through this landscape. There is a creek, where you can release your list of things that no longer serve you. The words will simply dissolve on the paper.
• You walk ahead and there are special animals that accompany you and remind you that you are part of nature and the larger whole. Before you appears a beautiful waterfall. This waterfall sparkles of light and rainbows shine through it. A great angel stands beside the waterfall.
• This is the Angel of Purification and you are invited to stand under the waterfall. Feel
  the light and rainbows flowing over you like warn water. Everything that you no longer need is washed away. All impurities, heavy emotions and pains are easily rinsed from your being.
• If you feel that this is done, you leave the magical rainbow waterfall. The Angel hands you a robe of light for you to wear. The Angel encourages you to keep your mind and thoughts pure and to return whenever you feel you need it.
• When you’re done, bring your awareness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet, stretch out and feel your body being connected to the ground. When you’re done, blow out the candle and let go of the meditation.

Moon meditation for the super moon and lunar eclipse on September 28.

On monday the 28th of September there is another powerful full moon. As it is optically close to the earth, it is called a Supermoon. Traditionally the full moon that shines this time of year is known as the Harvest Moon. Its meaning pertains to immortality. At this moment it is important to keep the bigger picture in mind. Little things will not influence the course of events. What you harvest today is the seed for the harvest to come. A helpful point of view during this Mercury retrograde, which is usually a time of technological and communicational challenges. Looking at the bigger picture helps you not get bothered by little misunderstandings.

Lunar Eclipse

At the same time this full moon will also be a full lunar eclipse! The meaning of the eclipse is a time where both the moon and the ego are out os sight for a bit. This makes it so much easier to again look at the bigger picture: our divine life plan. As the ego is dormant for a little bit, we can look with the eyes of our soul. What a relief to let ego conflicts go for a while.

This full moon enables us to look at past difficulties with a new perspective. This is enhanced by three cosmic influences:

1. Harvest Moon helps us reap what we have sown. We learn from our past creations.
2. Mercury Retrograde helps us put things in order, finish old projects and renew old connections.
3. The lunar eclipse extinguishes the tendencies of the ego so we can look at old stuff with the perspective of our soul.

A perfect moment to look at the things that no longer serve you, learn from them and then let them go!
Tuning in together!

Lightworkers will meditate at 7 pm UK time. When you meditate earlier or later, all you need to do is state the intention to connect energetically with the other Lightworkers.

The meditation

Before the meditation you may think of a period of your life you wish to let go of after looking at it differently.

• You may light a candle and light it with the intention of bringing more Light to the planet. You can also burn incense, or some aomatherapy oils.
• Sit down and relax.
  Start by energetically cleansing your room. I always do this by calling in a pillar of light, a platinum net through the room and building and by bringin in the ascension flame. Also, I always use the aura spray of Archangel Michael by Crystal Angel Essences (you can find all the incenses and other lovely angel gifts at http://www.angelsco.nl).
• Put your feet firmly on earth to ground yourself, before you make contact with the silver light of the moon. Imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth.
  Ask Archangel Michael to protect you with his deep blue cloak of protection.
  Imagine that you connect with all Lightworkers in order to create a network of light around the earth.
• Now imagine that you are in a temple of light is in the higher dimension. A mirror appears in front of you, flanked by two angels of light. The angels of light ask you to look into the mirror with the eyes of your soul.
• You first look at yourself. What do you notice? How do you view yourself when you look with the loving eyes of your soul?
• Next the mirror will take you back to the time in your life that you have chosen as a focus for this meditation. Perhaps you see a particular scene . Look at this scene with the eyes of your soul. What do you notice? What was your soul lesson? How can use this lesson to empower yourself in the future?
• Give thanks for the lesson and tell the angels you are ready to let go of this past period or theme in your life. The surface of the mirror will then be filled with the golden, silver violet flame of transformation. Let it transform and transmute the past, leaving only the wisdom you gained from it.
• Thank the angels for their help.
• You can then use the mirror for light work by healing the collective past on earth. Perhaps a certain conflict or area on earth comes to mind.
• When finished, bring your awareness back to the room where you started. Move your hands and feet and take some refreshing deep breaths. As you breathe out the candle let go of the meditation.
• Thank you for the courage to let your soul in!
• Have a magical full moon meditation.

Supermoon meditation with the archangels on August 29, 2015

This next full moon is the first of three super moons in 2015. Supermoons are perceived as closer to the earth, making the full moon energy extra powerful. This can lead to disturbed sleep patterns, increased sensitivity and intuition as well as more emotional ups and downs. As such a good time for self care!

This moon is all about the wisdom of your soul speaking to you and helping you realize what it is that is holding you back from living your true soul purpose. You can use this time to open up your heart to the whispering of your soul.

In this meditation the archangels will help us with this theme.

In preperation of the meditatiën I have asked the angels for a message:

“Beloved Lightworkers, this is such a great time of change, the time to connect to your inner knowing, that deep part of you that is connected to your soul. Your soul in turn is connected to the Source of all there is. As such the soul brings in great wisdom from that very Source into your being. innerlijke ween zo stroomt er wijsheid je energetische aderen in…

The symboliek Lightning of this full moon enlightens the old stagnant pools of energy that are ready to be let go of. Like thunder clears the sky, this is a time of energetic purification.

Therefor, look upon those things that need clearing in your life. In what areas are you swimming upstream? Is it possibly to turn another direction? Or accept or let go?
Let go of all that no longer resonates with your heart. It is time.

Please remember you are so much more than you think. You have so much more to give than you allow. Let us take away your fears and let the reflective light of the moon bring in the light of your soul. Welcome it and it will shine from deep within you like a bright supermoon.”

Preperation

Take some time to connect to your soul. Are there blocks that prevent your soul from shining through?

Meditation time

We, in the Netherlands, will be meditating on the full moon at 8 pm (this is 7 pm UK time). You can either participate at the exact same time or whenever it is 8 pm in your time zone. All Light workers participating in this event connect to each other from afar. You will find this often enables a deepening of the meditation to occur.

Meditation

• Light some candles. You may choose to burn some incense as well.
• Sit quietly and ground yourself by imagining roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
• You may then clear and dedicate the space. I do this by calling in an ascension column of light, the platinum net and ascension flame. I also use my own sprays by Crystal Angels Essences Especially the one called Archangel Michael created a high vibration and calls in protection at the same time. You can use the essence of Archangel Zadkiel to clear your space with the violet flame, or simply invoke him to do so.
• You can ask Archangel Michael to place a Golden Dome of protection around you.
  Connect to all the other Lightworkers so we may form a network of Light around the planet.
  And open yourself up to the energy of the full moon.
• Now breath into your heart and see, feel and imagine your heart is a temple of light. Enter the temple.
• Before you is archangel Jeremiel, the angel of the life review. Take your time to connect to this wonderful archangel and discuss the plan of your soul for this life with him. Are you on track? Are there things you need or want to change? Archangel Jeremiel lovingly assists you in getting more clarity.
• Next, archangel Zadkiel appears before you. He holds a golden bowl filled with the Golden, Silver, Violet Flame of Transmutation. You place all that is holding you back energetically, within this bowl.
• Lastly archangel Michael joins in. If you allow him to, he will now cut away any fears that are holding you back with his sword of light and truth. He will give you he self-confidence to make any necessary changes.
• A bed of crystal stand in your temple and the archangels motion for you to recline on it. They stand around you. If you so wish you may now invite your soul to fuse with you, to melt into you. See it coming towards you, a magnificent energy of light. Feel it merge with you.
• When this process is complete, you can set the intention to live from your heart and your soul from this day forward.
• Then slowly, bring yourself back to fully awaked consciousness. Take a few breaths and ground yourself. Then stretch your body and open your eyes.

Last supermoon meditation of 2014

Today is the third in a series of three supermoons. Though I am unable to write a thorough moon meditation as usual, I just wanted to write you all a short note to help remind you it is an excellent time to meditate.

This super moon is in Pisces, bringing to the fore emotions. As the moon influences the element water greatly and this element in turn is all about emotions, the super moon brings in an extra activation. You may experience some ups and downs. The plus side to this is that the full moon is an excellent time to let go of old emotions that have served their purpose. They are always here to guide us and help us make changes for the better.

This full moon is also linked to Chiron, the Wounded Healer. As such during the meditation you could send healing to the wounded healer within.

Lastly Archangel Haniel and Muriel work together being the archangel of the moon and the sea. They ask us to send healing to all the waters on the planet as it is very needed.

Those of you who join (preferably at 7 pm UK time), can focus their meditation on these themes and use the same start and ending as usual, making sure of good grounding and protection.
